    Abstract:
    В статье рассматривается проблема профессионального дистресса медицинских работников отделений анестезиологии, реанимации и интенсивной терапии. Показано, что данное состояние не может быть сведено только к высокой профессиональной нагрузке или эмоциональному выгоранию. Профессиональный дистресс рассматривается как сложное психологическое явление, возникающее в ситуации нарушения баланса между требованиями профессиональной среды и субъективно переживаемыми ресурсами специалиста. Особое внимание уделено субъективной оценке профессиональной ситуации: именно через нее объективная тяжесть медицинского труда приобретает личностный смысл и может переживаться либо как преодолимая профессиональная сложность, либо как источник бессилия, истощения и утраты контроля. На основании анализа трудов Г. Селье, Р. Лазаруса, С. Фолкман, В. А. Бодрова, А. Б. Леоновой, Н. Е. Водопьяновой, Е. С. Старченковой, К. Маслач, С. Джексон, Я. В. Бардецкой, В. Ю. Потылициной, Т. М. Харламовой и Ф. И. Кариевой обосновывается необходимость психологической коррекции, направленной не только на снижение напряжения, но и на изменение способа осмысления профессиональной ситуации.

    Abstract:
    В статье анализируется стресс как неспецифическая адаптационная реакция организма. Рассмотрены стадии общего адаптационного синдрома, классификация видов стресса, гормональные механизмы регуляции. Приводятся данные ВОЗ о вкладе хронического стресса в развитие заболеваний. Эмпирическая часть базируется на результатах анкетирования жителей Чувашской Республики (N = 40), выявившего распространённость стресса, его соматические и эмоциональные корреляты. Сформулированы рекомендации по профилактике дистресса.

    Abstract:
    The chapter examines the phenomenon of strategic default within vertically integrated industrial structures during periods of liquidity crisis and declining profitability. The relevance is driven by the growing number of corporate conflicts between majority beneficiaries and minority creditors (bondholders) amid high volatility in commodity markets and the tight monetary policy of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. The aim is to deconstruct the hidden mechanisms of financial flow redistribution within holding structures that enable controlling persons to minimize obligations to external investors. The study considers profit tunneling instruments through transfer pricing, whereby a subsidiary is artificially transformed into a loss center. It also analyzes “reputational arbitrage” – the beneficiary’s choice between preserving investment attractiveness and the direct financial benefit of debt write-offs. The methodological framework combines agency theory, analysis of judicial practice in cases of subsidiary liability, and financial modeling of distressed investment scenarios. The materials are of practical interest to portfolio managers, risk management professionals, and lawyers specializing in bankruptcy. The findings allow for a more accurate assessment of the probability of managed default in private holdings and the real value of distressed assets beyond standard credit ratings.

Рассмотрено влияние стресса на жизнедеятельность человека, а также формирование стрессоустойчивости как способности психики преодолевать трудности, связанные со стрессом. Проанализированы зарубежные и отечественные теоретические подходы к изучению стресса и стрессоустойчивости, уточнено понятие «стресс» и «стрессоустойчивость» на основе теоретических подходов.
