- It is the Constitution of Russian Federation that empowers a person to freely seek, produce, receive and send information in any way that is legal. The aim of the research is to factor out some important properties of information (such as its essential binding to its carrier, its inherent meaningfulness, its persistence and credibility). The object being investigated are the base principles of the information law, notably its credibility and timeliness. A notable outcome of the research is the essence of the right to information and its economy, political and cultural aspects. During our contemporary digital age, a few desired changes to legislation are identified with respect to information law.

- В статье охарактеризовано понятие ориентировочной основы деятельности. Рассмотрены отечественные и зарубежные подходы по исследуемой проблеме. Изучена специфика формирования ориентировочной деятельности. Описаны особенности развития у детей старшего дошкольного возраста ориентировочной основы деятельности посредством знаково-символического замещения. Показана значимость ориентировки и эффективность применения выбранного средства в обучении детей. Приведен теоретический анализ результативности метода наглядного моделирования как формы знаково-символической деятельности.
