    Abstract:
    School projects are considered as a mechanism for inclusion of all educational relations subjects in preventive activities: students, their parents, teachers and experts from the scientific community. The study’s results of the problem of bullying and cyberbullying, which was conducted by Moscow schoolchildren, are presented. The characteristics of the causes and conditions contributing to the manifestation of bullying and cyberbullying are given. Optimal conditions of preventive activity are substantiated.

    В статье рассматривается проблема реализации статей ФЗ №44 и №223 относительно субъектов малого предпринимательства, социально-ориентированных некоммерческих организаций. На основании аналитических отчётов проведён обзор выполнения статей Законов и то, как он на развитие малого предпринимательства и СОНКО. Исследование показало, что имеются определённые проблемы реализации статей ФЗ №223. Наблюдается определённая специфика по количеству заключенных контрактов и размещённых извещений для СМП и СОНКО.

    Авторы рассматривают теоретические и практические аспекты формирования и применения принципов социальной ответственности основных субъектов продовольственного рынка: производителей, ритейла и потребителей для оптимизации направлений его развития. В качестве исследуемой и приоритетной выбрана тема, связанная с охраной и защитой окружающей среды. Установлено, что данная тема является актуальной не только для предприятий пищевой промышленности, не остаются в стороне и торговый бизнес и потребители. Для решения проблем необходимо взаимодействие всех субъектов, которое отсутствует на данный момент. Ключевая идея – формирование экологической культуры у всех участников рынка.

    В рамках статьи проводится анализ состояния современного законодательства РФ, посвященный определению правового статуса органов опеки и попечительства в семейных правоотношениях. На сегодняшний день остаются вопросы, связанные с необходимостью установить, в каких случаях органы опеки и попечительства являются субъектами семейных правоотношений, а в каком случае они являются участниками семейных правоотношений. Ввиду отсутствия четкой законодательной регламентации правового положения органов опеки и попечительства, решение данного вопроса отнесено к науке. Авторами предпринята попытка определения правового статуса органов опеки и попечительства при рассмотрении семейных споров.

    В статье рассматривается государственное устройство Российской Федерации в рамках концепции симметричной федерации, а также ряд положений и особенностей нормативных актов, которые обуславливают федеративное устройство Российской Федерации. Исследование проводится методом анализа фактического существования конкретных субъектов в общей системе федерации. Используются также статистический, логический методы и метод синтеза. Результатом данного исследования становится вывод о большем номинальном отношении Российской Федерации к вышеуказанной концепции и более существенное к ассиметричной федерации.

    Abstract:
    The implementation of the concept of inclusive education in Russia determines the study of theoretical and practical aspects of this problem, in particular, in the context of the tasks facing class teachers as organizers of student teams. The inclusion of children with disabilities in the educational environment creates certain risks for its subjects. In this regard, the responsibility of the class teacher increases for creating conditions that ensure the success of each child in an inclusive class, and especially – to support families with children with disabilities. Ideas of the child's intrinsic value, the conformity of upbringing, the organization of the «childhood space» in the interaction of all its subjects are of methodological significance for the design of work with parents. The design of the activity of a class leader with the parents in the conditions of inclusive education is examined in the article.

    In modern theory and practice of education, preventive activity is considered as one of the main in the prevention of aggressive behavior in various subjects of the educational environment. Aggression is most clearly manifested among students of a sports college who are mastering professional training programs in contact sports. It is noted that aggressive behavior affects the formation of certain risks for the educational environment of the college and its subjects. In this regard, pedagogical prevention is aimed at the formation of appropriate competence in students, as a result of which future athletes develop skills of reflection of aggressive behavior, protection and self-regulation of the psycho-emotional state during educational and training processes.
