    В статье рассматриваются правовые точки зрения, а также взгляды на такой значимый вопрос, как влияние совести на оценку доказательств в уголовном процессе. Анализируется практическое применение сбора и проверки доказательств, а также дается разъяснение внутреннего содержания, изучаются вариативные подходы к правоприменению оценки доказательств. Актуальность выбранной темы обусловлена как теоретической, так и практической важностью и остротой вопросов, а именно необходимостью обеспечения объективного оценивания, по внутреннему убеждению, основанному на совокупности собранных и проверенных в соответствии с требованиями закона доказательств.
