    Abstract:
    The paper deals with the growing global phenomenon of teaching EMI in the countries where English is not the mother tongue for the majority of population. Using the research conducted by Oxford EMI and the British Council, the author tries to focus on the phenomenon of EMI: its definition, aims, national expectations and new challenges for the Russian teachers. The author presents debatable issues related to the EMI incorporating at Russian universities that need further research and rethinking.

    In the article the authors reflect the main theses of the author's program aimed at enriching the active vocabulary, developing coherent, grammatically correct dialogical and monologue speech in older preschool children with disabilities in the process of forming ideas about the shape, size, rhythm, amount, number, parts and whole, space and time. This work makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of the correctional and developmental process in compensatory oriented groups of children with a general underdevelopment of speech.

В исследовании анализируются дидактические возможности развития творческих способностей, а также организационно-педагогические условия их эффективного роста в графической деятельности обучающихся в разные возрастные периоды учения. Особое значение в этом процессе имеют внутренние регулятивные механизмы – самосознание с включением собственного «я» (самооценка, самовыражение и саморегуляция), от которых зависит уровень притязаний и реальное поведение личности, которая должна относиться к окружающей действительности не как созерцатель или наблюдатель, а как деятель и творец. Монография адресована бакалаврам, специалистам и магистрантам педагогического направления обучения, учителям и педагогам, которые рассматривают творческую деятельность как одну из составляющих элементов обучающего процесса и ведут исследования в области совершенствования и обновления образовательного пространства в условиях глобальных экономических, производственных и социокультурных преобразований.

    Автор отмечает, что в настоящее время учитель должен самостоятельно разрабатывать рабочую программу учебного предмета, в соответствии с которой он будет осуществлять обучение. Как правило, учителя при этом стараются ориентироваться на учебник. К сожалению, материально-техническое оснащение кабинетов технологии в школах зачастую не соответствует содержанию учебников, что приводит к некоторым затруднениям при разработке рабочей программы. В статье говорится, что для решения данной проблемы педагог может использовать свой профессиональный и творческий потенциал.

    В статье дается теоретическое обоснование потенциальных возможностей творческого саморазвития студентов вуза средствами любительского театрального искусства. Сущность данного процесса раскрывается через его структуру – совокупность устойчивых связей, обеспечивающих его целостность. Структура процесса творческого саморазвития студентов вуза средствами любительского театрального искусства представлена в виде пространственно-временной динамики рассматриваемого процесса через цикл последовательно сменяющихся стадий, на каждой из которых доминирующее проявление имеет один из выделенных структурных компонентов: ценностно-смысловой компонент, индивидуально-творческий компонент, эмпатийно-коммуникативный компонент, рефлексивно-регулирующий компонент. Обоснована конкретизация данных компонентов и их педагогическая значимость в общей структуре процесса творческого саморазвития студентов вуза средствами любительского театрального искусства. Каждому из компонентов дана характеристика посредством раскрытия их сущности и проявления на определенных структурных стадиях рассматриваемого процесса. Сделаны выводы о том, что представленные структурные компоненты взаимопроникающе дополняют друг друга и обеспечивают целостность и функционирование всей системы процесса творческого саморазвития студентов вуза средствами любительского театрального искусства, в результате чего осуществляется позитивное, синтезированное, прямое и опосредованное воздействие на личность студента.

    The economic and legal aspects of the organization of the American system of insurance against industrial accidents and occupational diseases in the United States of America are analyzed in the paper. The first part of the monograph presents a comprehensive overview of various methods of financing and ways to monitor insurance schemes, as well as the practical implementation of various approaches. The authors described various systems, disclosed the principles of evaluation, and methods for creating flexible schemes. The purpose of the second part of the review is to present the experience of markets with different systems and to show the impact of the rating system on the insurance compensation system for employees.

  • THE TRIUNE NATURE OF NATURAL INTELLIGENCE

    Abstract:
    The monograph for the first time formulated and described the spiral technology of research and modeling of natural intelligence with three-step turns. Currently, only the first two steps of the first round of spiral technology are widely known. The need for this technology is dictated by the inability to know the natural intelligence, dissecting it or scanning by any radiation. The technology allows us to switch to high-performance systematic work instead of discussions about the nature of artificial and natural intelligence, as well as instead of the dreamy expectation of mysterious heuristics to address issues raised in the creation of artificial intelligence. The basis of the theory in the creation of a new technology is the result of the search for a constructive character in the interpretation of the concept of natural intelligence, that is, the interpretation of the triune nature of natural intelligence. The primary purpose of research on the subject of the monograph, the authors adopted the formulation and description of the theoretical basis of solving the problems of knowledge representation in computer systems. The creation of a theoretical basis becomes possible only with the realization of the triune nature of natural intelligence. The theoretical basis corresponds to the natural science positions in the study and modeling of the epistemological model (objectively isolated part, the unity with the other two parts of the natural intelligence component). The theoretical basis is in demand for obtaining knowledge models in computer systems, allocation on a set of these models of classes, and thus, for the formation of technical requirements in the work on the creation of new shells of knowledge-based systems that implement knowledge models of new classes. In the works focused on achievement of the declared purpose, and in the monograph it is convincingly shown that the whole layer of already executed large-scale works on formation of classes of models of knowledge in computer systems was not based on natural science positions, and for this reason results of already performed works are not demanded at creation of new systems based on knowledge. A significant part of the monograph contains a description of the historical aspect of the works on the stated topic. The consideration of the historical aspect allowed us to see the subjective reasons why the simple to understand and use spiral technology with three-step turns (the theoretical basis for solving the problems of knowledge representation in computer systems) for so long from the moment of formation and recognition of the scientific direction «artificial intelligence» remained undetected and not described for use in research and modeling of natural intelligence in the creation of artificial intelligence. The description of the historical aspect shows the forced reorientation of works on the topic from purely practical (not provided with a theoretical basis) to purely theoretical (not accompanied by works on the modernization of a software product and its implementation in real production). It is also noted that the return to the rails of highly profitable practical work is possible and appropriate. And, accordingly, recommendations for reorientation of works on the topic on the rails of practical and highly profitable are given.

    The main tools and conditions for the effective implementation of evaluation tools for assessing the education quality of technical universities (faculties) graduates are defined in this paper. The author reveals the main approaches to the notion of the quality of education and its evaluation, defines the concepts of "quality of preparation" and "quality of education" of graduates of universities. Analytical expressions are proposed for calculating the coefficient of student`s preparation level based on the semester results and the quality of education during the training period, including the indicator of the quality of training, assessment of practices and final qualification papers, and the scores of the labor potential.

    The constitutions of many States set out the obligation of the government to guarantee a well-functioning and reliable system of protection against industrial injuries. Whether the government provides workers ' compensation insurance directly, or when it is delegated to a third party (special authorities or insurance companies), the government is still responsible for the operation of the system. The latter is of particular importance, since the settlement of claims for workers ' compensation insurance is of a long-term nature. An effective system of protection against industrial injuries and occupational diseases should be considered not only as a type of insurance but as an absolute need of the productive sector and as one of the foundations of social peace and economic stability.

    В работе отмечено, что принятие ФСБУ «Основные средства» с 01.01.2018 г. ввело множество новых норм по учету основных средств. Одна из таких норм касается объединения основных средств в один инвентарный объект. Данный пункт стандарта, во-первых, вызвал неоднозначное мнение у специалистов, во-вторых, несмотря на выход методических рекомендаций по применению ФСБУ «Основные средства» от Минфина, у многих бухгалтеров остались вопросы по учету объединенных ОС.

    Present work describes the original technology of anti-virus products provision to the user’s team of the scientific unit on the example of the Federal state budgetary institution of science of the Central Economics and Mathematics Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the well-known domestic antivirus agent Doctor Web. The technology is based on a separate Antivirus server and a number of software tools developed by the author. Among the users there are PCs of the global Internet, internal network, including their separate segments, as well as users of the DialUp segment. This technology was implemented in CEMI RAS since 2003 and has been successfully operated for more than 15 years. The maximum number of users exceeded 200 PCs and servers. The monograph was approved for publication by the Academic board of the Federal state budgetary institution of science of the Central Economics and Mathematics Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

Определен и обоснован комплекс взаимосвязанных и взаимообусловленных дидактических условий содействующий созданию условий для самостоятельной познавательной деятельности обучающихся. Охарактеризовано и описано пособие по английскому языку, разработанное для обучающихся заочного отделения.
