    В статье рассматривается проблема формирования корпоративных компетенций у выпускников железнодорожных вузов в контексте требований ключевого работодателя отрасли – ОАО «РЖД». На основе анализа результатов оценки выпускников по профессиональным и корпоративным компетенциям выявлен устойчивый разрыв между уровнями соответствия данным видам компетенций. Проведен сравнительный анализ рейтингов вузов по обоим типам компетенций, а также по индексу взаимодействия с ОАО «РЖД» Автором обоснована необходимость комплексного подхода к формированию корпоративных компетенций, включающего интеграцию соответствующих дисциплин в учебные планы, развитие практической подготовки с ориентацией на корпоративные ценности работодателя и создание корпоративной среды в вузе.

    Вопрос о необходимости повышения качество обучения иностранным языкам в образовательных организациях МВД России, с перспективой последующего применения приобретенных языковых навыков в профессиональной деятельности, является на сегодняшний день одним из наиболее актуальных. Автором анализируются особенности преподавания дисциплины «Иностранный язык» и обусловленные этим сложности изучения языковых дисциплин, отражающих правовые, законотворческие особенности иноязычного общения в контексте овладения будущей профессией в целом. В то время как опыт использования даже отдельных элементов интенсивного обучения даёт положительный результат. Более детальный подход к интенсификации обучения предполагает осуществление своего рода синтеза различных методов обучения.

    Статья посвящена обоснованию игровой деятельности в качестве ведущего механизма формирования толерантности у старших дошкольников в интегрированных (инклюзивных) группах. На основе анализа психолого-педагогической литературы автор выделяет три типа игровых ситуаций, наиболее эффективных для развития толерантности: игры на преодоление коммуникативных барьеров, игры-моделирования неравенства и инклюзивные театрализации. Описываются психологические механизмы влияния игры на когнитивный, аффективный и поведенческий компоненты толерантности. Особое внимание уделяется условиям успешности: позиция взрослого-медиатора, предварительное знакомство с особенностями партнера, наличие общей игровой цели, постепенное усложнение игровых задач. Приводятся примеры игр и практические рекомендации для педагогов ДОО.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматривается проблема исчезновения языков в современном мире, её причины и возможные пути сохранения языкового многообразия. Анализируются причины языковой смерти, отмечается, что исчезновение языка не всегда связано с физическим исчезновением его носителей. Описываются методы сохранения языков: образовательные программы в школах, создание словарей и грамматик, выпуск книг и учебников, документирование устной речи, активное вовлечение молодёжи. Приводится опыт России по сохранению языкового и культурного многообразия (создание специальных институтов, разработка новых образовательных программ, совершенствование законодательства). Делается вывод, что сохранение языков должно стать приоритетом для всех, кто заботится о будущем культурного богатства человечества.

    В статье рассматриваются современные методы профилактики эмоционального выгорания у работников. Эмоциональное выгорание выступает одной из наиболее значимых угроз психическому здоровью и профессиональной эффективности в условиях растущих требований и ускоряющихся темпов труда. Цель статьи – систематизировать существующие подходы к профилактике выгорания и выделить наиболее эффективные стратегии на индивидуальном, организационном и социальном уровнях. В качестве основных выводов обосновывается необходимость многоуровневой профилактики, включающей развитие стрессоустойчивости работников, формирование поддерживающей организационной культуры и внедрение программ психологического благополучия.

    В статье рассматривается проблема формирования жизнестойкости у будущих учителей как ресурса для преодоления стресса и профессионального выгорания. Анализируются подходы С. Мадди и Д.А. Леонтьева. Обоснована взаимосвязь жизнестойкости и саморегуляции. По результатам исследования (60 студентов) уровень стрессоустойчивости выше среднего у 49% студентов. Наиболее частые способы снятия стресса: физическая активность, музыка, хобби, общение с друзьями. Развитие жизнестойкости в вузе – основа профилактики профессиональных рисков педагогов.

Описаны ключевые тенденции и направления развития, включающие индивидуализацию подхода, цифровую грамотность и работу с эмоциональным выгоранием педагогов. Особое внимание уделено роли родителей в обеспечении эффективного психолого-педагогического сопровождения и выявлению существующих проблем и перспектив дальнейшего совершенствования системы.     Abstract:
    The study focuses on a new stage in the formation of business conditions. The issues of continuity in public policy and consistency in approaches to improving business conditions and the investment climate were addressed. The prerequisites and foundations of approaches to creating a business environment have been identified. The main characteristics of the implementation of three previous large-scale projects are presented. The format of the national model of target business conditions has been considered. The article focuses on the structure of the national model as a unified whole system and highlights its complex nature. The results of the analysis of problematic issues in the field of labor standards are reflected. The article concludes that it is necessary to study the methodology for forming a national model, interdepartmental relationships, the principles of validity of key performance indicators for implementing a national model, and measures to achieve them.

    Abstract:
    An analysis of legislative amendments on the possibility of establishing a “self-prohibition” on the remote conclusion of a loan agreement and the introduction of a “cooling-off period” before the issuance of loan funds was conducted to determine whether these institutions comply with the principle of freedom of contract. It has been established that self-prohibition is a voluntary self-restriction, which represents the most complete realization of freedom of contract. A cooling-off period is a mandatory restriction, establishing a deferred performance of the contract for the creditor. The authors conclude that the innovations are consistent with the constitutional criteria for the admissibility of restrictions on rights and freedoms, since the purpose of their introduction is to protect the rights and legitimate interests of all parties to the loan agreement.

    The chapter examines the phenomenon of strategic default within vertically integrated industrial structures during periods of liquidity crisis and declining profitability. The relevance is driven by the growing number of corporate conflicts between majority beneficiaries and minority creditors (bondholders) amid high volatility in commodity markets and the tight monetary policy of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. The aim is to deconstruct the hidden mechanisms of financial flow redistribution within holding structures that enable controlling persons to minimize obligations to external investors. The study considers profit tunneling instruments through transfer pricing, whereby a subsidiary is artificially transformed into a loss center. It also analyzes “reputational arbitrage” – the beneficiary’s choice between preserving investment attractiveness and the direct financial benefit of debt write-offs. The methodological framework combines agency theory, analysis of judicial practice in cases of subsidiary liability, and financial modeling of distressed investment scenarios. The materials are of practical interest to portfolio managers, risk management professionals, and lawyers specializing in bankruptcy. The findings allow for a more accurate assessment of the probability of managed default in private holdings and the real value of distressed assets beyond standard credit ratings.

    Abstract:
    The need to ensure Russia's technological independence and competitiveness in the context of geopolitical struggle and sanctions pressure necessitates the implementation of a well-grounded state scientific and technical policy based on the lessons of past experience. In this regard, the generalization of the Soviet experience in managing the «science–technology–production» system, accumulated during the scientific and technological revolution (since the mid1950s) – a testing ground for which was the Ural region – deserves special attention. The regionalization of scientific and technological progress actualized the formation of a regional component within the national scientific and technical policy. The aim of the study is to examine the experience of constructing a mechanism for implementing this policy in the late Soviet period, using the Urals as a case study. The authors offer their own interpretation of the problem based on the concept of regional development, with an emphasis on analyzing the reproduction of innovations and technological progress. The research employs problem-chronological, systemic, interdisciplinary methods, as well as the method of periodization.

    Abstract:
    The article examines the potential of Automated Writing Evaluation (AWE) systems in foreign language teaching within the context of digital transformation in education. It analyzes the theoretical foundations of AWE implementation, their functional capabilities, and their pedagogical value in developing learners’ writing competence. Particular attention is paid to the advantages of automated feedback, including immediacy, increased learner autonomy, and enhanced motivation. The study includes a comparative analysis of students’ written work before and after the use of an AWE system, revealing a reduction in language errors and an overall improvement in writing quality. At the same time, certain limitations are identified, such as insufficient accuracy in assessing semantic content and the risk of superficial error correction. The study concludes that AWE systems are most effective when integrated into the educational process in combination with teacher guidance.

    Abstract:
    The article examines the possibilities of integrating English language learning and programming in the modern educational process. Based on an analysis of the role of English in the professional activities of programmers, the experience of using visual programming environments (Scratch) for foreign language teaching, and the possibilities of digital technologies in preparing language materials, an approach to the joint teaching of these disciplines is substantiated. Practical methodological recommendations for educators implementing this interdisciplinary approach are proposed.
