    В статье анализируется современное состояние института государственной службы в государствах – участниках СНГ. Выявляются общие тенденции, обусловленные историческим наследием и интеграционными процессами: унификация законодательства, внедрение цифровых технологий (электронное правительство), борьба с коррупцией, переход к сервисной модели («бережливая» бюрократия). Определены основные проблемы (политизация, текучесть кадров, низкая эффективность) и предложены перспективные пути развития, включая гармонизацию стандартов в рамках СНГ.

На основе анализа статистических данных показаны динамика объёма рынка спецтехники, структура спроса по странам, конкурентная среда, а также ключевые факторы, обеспечивающие ее устойчивые позиции в регионе. Особое внимание уделяется стратегическим инициативам компании по технологической модернизации, локализации производства и развития сервисной инфраструктуры, что является условием для долгосрочного развития.

    Abstract:
    The study focuses on adapting successful metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of corporate coaching used in the United States to the countries of the CIS, taking into account cultural differences (Golvy, 2019; Whitmore, 2020). The novelty lies in identifying and adapting metrics that consider the specifics of cultural codes and social identity in CIS countries (Hofstede, Hofstede, Minkov, 2019; Trompenaars, Hampden-Turner, 2020). Metrics are viewed as tools for assessment and methods to deepen client work, enhance awareness of the process, improve its measurability, and foster professional growth for coaches (Tajfel, 1979; Burns, 1978). The study examines international experience in measuring coaching effectiveness, with a particular emphasis on adapting American approaches to the corporate environment using online platforms, as well as analyzing results (Bass, 1985; Seligman, 2011).
