В современных условиях система интегрированного образования, важнейшими структурными звеньями которой является высшие и средние учебные заведения, требует модернизации на основе познания и научной интерпретации исторического опыта, важный вклад в исследование которого внес профессор Т.С. Сергеев.

    Abstract:
    The article addresses the quality of student training amid a shortage of personnel in the information technology sector. It highlights issues related to the preparation of specialized professionals and proposes creating a center for collaboration between universities and industry. This center aims to integrate the educational process with real projects, enabling students to gain practical skills and knowledge essential for successful careers in IT. A phased training process is outlined, where foundational education occurs at the university level, while updated training takes place within companies and project activities. The effectiveness of this integration is analyzed through financial indicators and assessments of educational quality. The findings indicate that implementing this solution improves companies' financial performance by enhancing employee qualifications and reducing training costs for new specialists. Additionally, there is a noted positive trend in the evaluation of educational quality, reflecting an increase in graduates' preparedness. Future development prospects include expanding partnerships with other companies and universities, introducing new educational programs and technologies, and conducting regular research to analyze integration effectiveness.

    Abstract:
    The competent use of the human resources potential of any enterprise carries with it sufficiently high opportunities for further intensification of activities, which means, as a result, an increase in profits. This explains the relevance of the material, based on the fact that the human resource is exhausted, has many limitations and risks, and therefore needs new models and tools that correspond to the spirit of the time. A study of the activities of the Moscow hospitality complex On Sukharevka LLC is devoted to their search. With the help of systematic, integrated, situational and process approaches, a multifactorial analysis of the current state of affairs is carried out, and more promising algorithms for personnel policy in the hospitality system are being searched. The value of the conclusions drawn increases in a multiplicative progression, taking into account the importance of small business in the strategic development of the economic space of the Russian Federation.

Цель исследования заключается в выявлении социально-психологических закономерностей функционирования организационных культур. На основе существующих уровней понимания организационной культуры автором анализируется порядок формирования её в организациях различного типа, ключевые факторы, влияющие на устойчивость организационной культуры в изменяющихся условиях рынка.
