    Abstract:
    В статье анализируется специфика учебной мотивации детей младшего школьного возраста. Выявлена взаимосвязь между типом учебной мотивации (внутренней и внешней) и академической успеваемостью учащихся. Показано, что высокая успеваемость часто связана с внутренними познавательными мотивами, и напротив, низкая успеваемость чаще наблюдается у тех, кто ориентирован на внешние мотивы, такие как оценки и социальное одобрение. Сделаны выводы о практической значимости диагностики мотивации и формировании педагогических условий для её развития.

    Abstract:
    Motivation for learning is one of the most crucial tools for building a high-quality education, an educational environment in which students learn to develop a strategy for their future life and responsibly build a self-development trajectory. A number of researchers note that creating models of such self-development trajectories for students remains a challenge; there are no developed guidelines for building their own educational path. The objective of this study is to examine the conceptual structure of developing academic motivation through the step-by-step development of an individual educational environment using modern digital technologies. Structural components are developed. At each stage (component), tasks are detailed and their content is described. In addition, in the event of incorrect task completion, correction strategies are identified.

    The quality of education, academic results of students directly depend on motivation for learning as one of the effective tools. The chapter is the result of theoretical analysis of studies by domestic and foreign scientists on the development of students' motivation for learning. The purpose of the study is to systematize scientific research on the phenomenon of students' motivation to gain knowledge in an educational organization. The approaches of scientists to understanding motivation for learning, various types of classifications of this phenomenon, the causes and mechanisms of its development are considered. And also the role of integrating artificial intelligence into the educational process as a modern method of increasing the level of motivation for learning in students is highlighted.

Важной целью современной начальной школы является формирование положительной учебной мотивации, стимулирование интереса к обучению и развитие стремления к учебе у детей. Эффективность обучения младших школьников напрямую зависит от их учебной мотивации, которая толкает их к активному участию в учебном процессе и определяет их направленность.
