  • Transformation of the mentor's role in a teacher's professional career in the context of digitalization of the educational environment

    Abstract:
    The article discusses the changes in the functionality of a teacher's mentor in the context of digital transformation in education. The key functions of a mentor are highlighted, including the methodological integration of digital tools, psychological support in the face of digital stress, navigation in information overload, and the development of digital pedagogical thinking. New formats of mentorship are described, including the analysis of video lessons, support in messaging apps, and data-driven mentorship. Special attention is given to the risks, such as the dictates of "digital modernism" and the substitution of live communication, as well as the mentor's own zone of proximal development.

    Abstract:
    В условиях стремительной цифровизации образования и массового перехода к дистанционным и гибридным форматам обучения актуализировался феномен цифрового выгорания педагогов – особой формы профессионального истощения, обусловленной информационной перегрузкой, постоянной онлайн-доступностью, размыванием границ между рабочим и личным временем, а также дефицитом живого межличностного взаимодействия. В статье анализируются специфические проявления цифрового выгорания, отличающие его от традиционного синдрома эмоционального выгорания: усиленное чувство социальной изоляции, расширение зоны профессионального контроля и трудности в освоении цифровых инструментов без адекватной поддержки.

Рассматриваются уроки и вызовы, которые пандемия принесла в систему образования, а также пути и стратегии адаптации. В статье подчеркивается значение гибкости, инноваций и сотрудничества между учебными заведениями, родителями и учениками в создании устойчивой и эффективной образовательной среды.
