  • The Main Data about the Consonant System of the Low German Dialect of the Mennonite Germans of the Simferopol Region of the Crimean Peninsula

    Abstract:
    The article describes the consonant system of the Low German dialect of the Mennonite Germans of the Simferopol region of Crimea. Mennonites are followers of the Reformation movement that emerged in the 16th century in the Netherlands. The founder of this religious teaching was former Frisian Catholic priest Menno Simons (1496–1561), who united small, disjointed congregations of Anabaptists based on his doctrine. Since 1789, at the invitation of Catherine II, Mennonites began to migrate to Russia. The study is based on an analysis of the oral speech of representatives of an ethnic religious community who retained their native language in a foreign-speaking environment. The authors identify 25 consonant phonemes and describe in detail their classification according to articulatory and acoustic characteristics, as well as the functional load based on frequency of use. Special attention is paid to the specific features of consonantism, including the preservation of archaic features characteristic of the Low German dialect Plattdeutsch, as well as the influence of Russian and High German dialects. Such phenomena as palatalization before the vowels of the front row, spirantization of the consonants, velarization [l], vocalization [r], the presence of voiced consonants at the absolute end of the word. The analysis shows that the dialect under study retains a significant degree of archaism, while simultaneously being influenced by the contact Russian language. Despite the numerical reduction of native speakers, the consonant system demonstrates stability and internal logic, which makes it an important object for linguistic and ethnolinguistic research.

    Последние десятилетия характеризуются бурным развитием системных исследований во многих областях науки, отраслях экономики и производства, социальных отношений при решении макроэкономических производственных, организационно-управленческих и текущих задач в области автомобильного транспорта и развития дорожной инфраструктуры [1]. На основе применения методов системного подхода и системного анализа, переходом на цифровые технологические решения, всеми развитыми странами, включая РФ, делаются попытки решения экономических и социальных проблем – проблемы обеспечения достаточным количеством продовольствия, рационального использования энергетических, минеральных и других естественных ресурсов, борьбы с загрязнением окружающей природной среды, нелегальной миграции и т. п. Эффективность системных идей и подходов была наглядно продемонстрирована при проектировании сложных технических систем, разработки оптимальных методов управления на основе разработанных целевых функций, исследовании ряда специфических системных проблем, возникающих в биотехнологии, психологии, социологии, логистики и экономики [2].

The chapter considers the methodology of logical analysis of socio-economic processes as a means of adapting the Russian Federation to the conditions of the sanctions war. The author considers the main problems faced by the Russian economy under sanctions and offers a methodology of logical analysis, which will help develop adaptation strategies.

    The problem of the development of the abilities of the subject of activity is of actual importance, which is determined by the following paradox: despite the widespread use of the concept of abilities, the question of their essence and mechanisms of development remains open. A proven methodological approach is the systemogenesis of activity and abilities, developed by V.D. Shadrikov. Taking this theory as a basis, we assumed that Age stages can act as determinants that determine the development of the abilities of qualified professionals. Psychological analysis of the professional activity of a railway driver made it possible to identify a specific structure of professional abilities: general ability to coordinate body movements, the ability of sensorimotor reaction of the hand and eyes, the ability of stability and switching attention, the ability of technical thinking. Instrumental methods for diagnosing these abilities were used, but the examination procedure was carried out after the subjects' trip to a specialized, a simulator complex that simulates various modes of train control. Experimental studies have shown that the development of professional abilities of qualified specialists is consistent with the pattern of uneven development of mental functions. It has been established that the earlier the age stages of a professional, the faster the speed of reaction, processing of information at the level of abilities is implemented more successfully. It is proved that, depending on the age stages of the subject, various structures of professional abilities are formed under the influence of regulatory requirements of activity. The later the age stage of the professional, the more holistic, with a higher degree of integration the structure is formed professional abilities. The dynamics of the development of the structure of professional abilities is characterized by the fact that abilities acquire operational features, narrow technical specialization, an optimal and sufficient measure, which contributes to an increase in the integration of abilities depending on the age of the subject of activity. A high degree of integration of abilities, inherent in the late age stages of professional development, is manifested in the successful result of activity, the development of skill and creativity. It is proved that age stages are determinants that determine the development of the abilities of qualified professionals.

    Статья посвящена исследованию роли методологического анализа физического знания как важного средства повышения качества обучения и формирования мировоззрения учащихся. Показано, что большими возможностями для решения этих задач обладает курс физики. Эффективная реализация этих возможностей предполагает анализ содержания каждого элемента физического знания как системы, анализ закономерностей развития научного знания, осуществление методологического анализа физического знания. Исходя из этого, в качестве основной задачи исследования определен поиск основных направлений и способов проведения методологического анализа понятий, законов и теорий в курсе физики. Исследуя пути решения данной задачи, представленные в научно-педагогической литературе, автор формулирует основные требования к проведению методологического анализа и, в качестве примера, показывает, как можно их реализовать при изучении специальной теории относительности. Результаты исследования обобщают личный опыт преподавания физики в Дальневосточном федеральном университете и могут быть использованы преподавателями вузов для усиления мировоззренческой направленности обучения физике.

    The article is devoted to the use of the method of cinemalogy in the work of an educational psychologist with minor suspects, accused persons, defendants, recognized, in the case and under the terms set out in the criminal procedure legislation and the specifics of its application. The purpose of the study is to determine the possibilities and psychological and pedagogical conditions for using the method of cinemalogy in psychocorrection work with underage suspects, accused persons, and defendants. The following research methods were used in the article: analysis of scientific psychological and pedagogical literature, normative legal documents, study of the resources of educational Internet portals. As a result of the study, an effective method of working with underage suspects, accused persons, and defendants was identified, and the factors of the formation of criminal behavior of underage children (heredity, social environment, and intrapersonal factors) were clarified. Based on the study of the psychological characteristics of underage suspects, accused persons, and defendants, the reasons for the commission of illegal actions (the desire for self-affirmation, to gain authority among peers, imitation of authority, the desire to obtain the forbidden, forbidden) are determined. The article offers methodological recommendations for organizing training sessions with underage suspects, accused persons, and defendants. It is concluded that an important condition for the psychocorrection of these categories of minors is the work with psychoemotional states, situations that have a psychotraumatic effect on them, the correction of their thoughts and behavior. In our opinion, it is the method of cinemalogy that contributes to solving these problems, as well as changing criminal attitudes.
