    В работе рассмотрены основные дисфункции рынка образовательных услуг в сфере подготовки и занятости специалистов, свидетельствующие об отсутствии адекватного прямого механизма экономического влияния спроса, формируемого на рынке труда, на формирование предложения со стороны рынка образовательных услуг. Основное внимание уделено монопольности, информационной асимметрии, неспособности рынка производить общественные блага, устранять экстерналии, неравенства и неопределенности конечного результата образовательных услуг.
