    Abstract:
    The article discusses the current problem of integrating artificial intelligence (AI), in particular, large language models (LLM), into the educational process of training specialists in the specialty 02/09/07 "Information Systems and Programming". The purpose of the study is to analyze the potential of AI assistants as personalized tutors to develop programming skills and identify the associated ethical risks and pedagogical limitations. Based on the analysis of modern literature and the author's practical experience, key dilemmas have been identified: the reliability of the generated code and explanations, the risk of intellectual dependence, issues of academic integrity and digital inequality. The article offers a model for the balanced use of AI assistants based on the principles of pedagogical support, the development of critical thinking and the formation of digital hygiene among students.     This article analyzes YouTube's recommendation system and explores its architecture, which is based on a two-stage machine learning model, taking into account the implementation of self-learning methods, and its evolution in 2025. The article focuses on identifying and systematizing the risks associated with content personalization, such as the formation of "information bubbles," the impact on user behavior, and the promotion of radical content. Recommendations for mitigating the identified negative effects on users and developers are presented, based on current scientific publications and statistics.

    Abstract:
    We studied 30 years of experience of traditional medical school, as well as some trends in reforming the methods of teaching natural sciences. The importance of teaching biology to medical students remains undeniable; currently, there are current debates about the methods of teaching theoretical disciplines, including biology. We described various approaches to teaching: a teacher-oriented approach, a student-oriented approach, problem-oriented learning, discipline-based learning, integrated learning. According to the results of the student survey, it was revealed that 93.2% consider the discipline «biology» to be necessary in a medical university, 75% are satisfied with their results in studying the discipline, 82.4% consider a conversation with a teacher to be the preferred format for studying the discipline, 51.1% of respondents prefer an oral survey as an assessment tool, 79.1% of students are satisfied with practical work with a microscope. For optimal work, it is recommended to practice each of these approaches and apply them in everyday teaching activities. An individual approach to students, combined with the use of up-to-date teaching technologies, takes the teaching of fundamental disciplines to a new level, where classical and modern teaching methods are combined.

  • Legal aspects of judicial protection of exclusive rights to digital assets

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the study of legal conflicts arising in the context of judicial protection of exclusive rights to digital assets. The author analyses the peculiarities of qualification of such objects as cryptocurrencies, big data, 3D models and virtual game property, based on Russian and foreign judicial practice. The case of VKontakte v Double Data (2021) is considered, demonstrating the contradictions between the extraterritoriality of digital assets and the territoriality of jurisdictions. Particular attention is paid to the problem of distinguishing digital assets from intellectual property, as well as the dual status of virtual property. Finally, a classification of digital assets into three categories is proposed: protected intellectual property, virtual gaming property and crypto-assets. It emphasises the need to adapt legal norms to digital realities while maintaining a balance between innovation and protection of rights holders.

    The article examines the methodological foundations and effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral coaching. Particular attention is paid to the problem of protocols in cognitive-behavioral coaching. It is concluded that the model can serve as a prototype of the protocol. The result of the analysis of coaching models is presented. It is the integrative structural model of coaching, which was the basis for the "Coaching model Navigator" developing. The "Coaching model Navigator is a tool for constructing the structure of a coaching session for a specific request. It is concluded that there is a certain sequence of arrangement of structural elements of the coach's activity, and the differentiating structural elements for cognitive-behavioral coaching are the elements "Perception", "Presentation of an alternative view", "analysis of consequences", "full analysis of the target solution". A plan for the development of protocols in cognitive-behavioral coaching is proposed.

    Abstract:
    Formation of human resources potential is an important task at the current stage of economic development of Russia. Digitalization of the economy gives rise to problems, including the risk of reduced employment stability (due to the fact that artificial intelligence replaces human resources and reduces the number of jobs) and the need to retrain specialists both within the region and their migration to areas with a shortage of labor resources. The difference between supply and demand in the labor market is explained by many factors. This may be a national problem – an excess of graduates in humanities and social sciences, which leads to a situation where candidates are forced to look for work unrelated to their education. Or these may be regional reasons. This problem can be reduced by the sphere of additional education, which allows retraining and developing the necessary competencies for applicants. Identification of the complex effect of the influence of various factors on the successful employment of citizens; is a time-consuming, complexly structured scientific task, for which it is proposed to use cognitive modeling. Based on the constructed model, scenarios for the development of labor resources are determined, taking into account regional peculiarities; assessment of the needs of the region in training and retraining of personnel. Their analysis and selection of the most promising scenarios from the standpoint of minimizing the costs of retraining citizens, as well as the constructed functional models of the procedure for selecting candidates among unemployed citizens for additional training (a model reflecting the current state of the research object and models reflecting possible scenarios for the development of the research object) can become the basis for developing a methodology for selecting candidates for additional training for a program that meets the needs of the citizen and the existing offers in the region.

    Upbringing is the basis of educational environment. During the modern information age upbringing as a social phenomenon stands as one of the essential sides of geopolitics, it forms the core of cultural and spiritual tradition and practice of education. Upbringing is as a rule the foundation for the creative attitude to the systems of life-affirmative values, yet it can become a tool for the reframing these systems into something else, sometimes absolutely alien to the spirit and nature of a human, his social and biological essence. Upbringing is much more than adaptive socialization; it is the social and cultural tool for keeping or rebuilding society and social relations. They feed up heroes, defenders, creators but the others feed up cowards, destroyers and parasites. Our world has entered the times of irreversible global changes with non-defined historical perspectives. Author of this book connects the problem schedule of modern education within the context of deep, truly revolution changes in human attitudes to the possibilities and spheres of adaptation of high technology to the high humanitarian strategies and ideas about human anthropology. He also connects these ideas and strategies with the geopolitical crisis of the modern world, global problems and global order where Russia has to not only self-define in the foremost 20-40 years, but also adopt leadership functions to elaborate a new spiritual vision of the moral world order. They should help to overdue its own symptoms and consequences of deep system social crisis and overcome such system threats of the inflicted insane world order, that is possible to lead humankind to the biological dead-ends of anthropogenesis, that is why it is necessary for the citizens to beat these tendencies back.     The chapter examines such a fragment of socio-economic relations of the meso-level as the distribution and redistribution of income of the population depending on the fields of activity, economic situation in general, average wages of the territory and much more. The indicators of nominal and real incomes of people, their structural composition, and the impact on the growth of quality of life are taken into account. By interpreting the statistical material accumulated by the Kaluga Region over the past fifteen years in this direction, a search is underway for a more effective model (its contour) of socio-economic management at the regional level. The designated range of priority problems also includes the issue of the fight against poverty, reducing the number of people below the subsistence level. The graphic schemes created by the researchers help to decode the submitted text sufficiently and intelligibly. Intermediate conclusions, in turn, (linked to separate graphs) make it possible to polemize already in the course of reading the developments made. The increment of scientific knowledge is seen in the great generalizing power of the analysis made, which can be useful to almost any meso-level system in terms of improving the motivational policy of the real sector of the economy.

    The chapter studies the dualistic nature of Chinese management theory, namely the coexistence of two management styles: Wang Dao and Ba Dao. Wang Dao is based on the rules of virtue, and Ba Dao is based on the rules of law. Wang Dao implies a policy of agreement, and Ba Dao implies a policy of opposing the enemy. These two management styles are inseparable and important for the functioning and development of society. It is argued that the condition for modernizing the governance system of modern China, which is in search of a golden mean between the rule of virtue and the rule of law, is a hybrid democracy that absorbs the energy of consensual and competitive democracy.

    Abstract:
    At the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (PIEF–2023), the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin presented a new concept for the development of a country with a sovereign economy. This time, the president did not as much emphasize and highlight priorities, as he summarized the theoretical and methodological basis for the announced model. The President answered the fundamental question: how and in what way will the new Russian economy be built – «the economy of supply». We are talking about the transition to a qualitatively new level of development – to a sovereign economy that not only reacts to market conditions and takes into account demand, but also forms this demand. Such an economy is often called the «supply economy» and presupposes a large-scale increase in production forces and the expansion of the service sector, the widespread creation of new modern industrial facilities and entire industries, including in those areas "... where we have not yet proven ourselves properly, but there are scientific opportunities, creative potential that we have, of course» – that's how V.V. Putin described the contours of the new development model. The main principles will be: orientation of the education system on employment of graduates; expansion of entrepreneurial activity; increasing the attractiveness of Russia as a state of central jurisdiction for conducting global business and preventing the transfer of funds from the country abroad; ensuring investment growth; maximum spread of the «lean production» system; automation and mastering of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. Experts named the immediate «builders of the country's technological sovereignty»: to achieve it, experts in artificial intelligence, blockchain and robotics will be needed.

    The article theoretically substantiates various methodological approaches to the implementation of the content of the academic discipline “Physical Culture and Sports” in the education system. It is noted that the bias in favor of collectivist forms of realization of the subject leads to the loss of the essential potential of the physical culture of the individual. The bias in favor of an individualistic approach impoverishes the essence of the subject in its educational aspect. It is shown that only a rationally balanced combination and taking into account the peculiarities of the discipline contributes to the creation of a special kind of space, where through dialogue young people realize their belonging both to the homo species and to the social matrix accepted by this community. The socialization of an individual through the conscious mastery of his physical self allows him to build a trajectory of personal development, using the natural potential to the fullest. The choice of forms of organization of the educational process depends on the understanding by the teaching staff of the multidimensionality of the discipline and its creative potential. The formation of an understanding of this kind is a necessary condition for the qualitative functioning of physical culture and sports in general. Modern conditions dictate the need to create a flexible model of physical education, accommodating both traditional approaches and the ability to quickly respond to real challenges of the external environment and take into account mental changes in the personality of students.

    Modern economic development of Russia determines the reforming of vocational education system and production in accordance with innovative technological equipment. The dual system is the most common form of personnel training which combines theoretical training (in Russia 40%, in Germany 20–25%) in educational institutions and the industrial training (75–80%) at enterprises. 96% of young people who completed dual training got a job at enterprises.

    Abstract:
    The chapter of the monograph highlights effective models of activity in the field of innovative educational activities based on the best practices of the federal innovation platforms. The work was carried out within the framework of the Research Agreement on «Identification of best practices based on the results of expert evaluation of applications and reports of federal innovation platforms» with Financial Expert Systems LLC, Moscow, the operator of the organization of the procedure for evaluating the activities of FIP entities in order to fulfill state contract №05.2022.244.02.003.021 dated April 26, 2022 of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation. The chapter examines the projects of federal innovation platforms of higher education institutions, demonstrating effective models of legal support for the interaction of participants and co-executors of Federal innovation platforms of Higher Education, which made it possible to provide support for innovative educational activities for the implementation of the declared projects.
