A practice-oriented model of training specialists in basic departments for high-tech sectors of the national economy

- The purpose of the study is to develop a structural and functional model for training young highly qualified specialists with the necessary knowledge, competencies and practical experience in the area of activity of the enterprise (organization). The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is made up of empirical (expert assessments, study of teaching experience, experiment) and theoretical (system analysis, historical analogy, categorical analysis, comparison, generalization, decision making) methods. Also, when summarizing the research results, the method of statistical indicators was used, as well as methods of visual presentation of information. As a result of the study, analyzed literary sources and reviews of domestic and foreign authors on the formation and functioning of basic departments at enterprises. Based on the analysis, as well as in the interests of implementing the strategic goals of the basic department, the author proposed a three-level structural and functional model for training highly qualified specialists in the «school-university-enterprise» system.

- Abstract:
- The chapter discusses some aspects of targeted training in a medical school. This topic is very relevant, in view of the fact that every year the number of targeted places allocated by the Ministry of Health not only for students, but also for resident doctors is increasing. In this regard, studying the attitude of graduates themselves to targeted training is of great interest, which became the purpose of the study. The subjects of the study were 200 graduate students, who were divided into 2 groups of 100 people, depending on the type of training – on a general basis and according to a targeted program. The basis of the study was an anonymous survey, the purpose of which was to find out the general awareness of students about various aspects of targeted training, as well as to determine its main positive and negative aspects. The data obtained in the study can provide new insights into aspects of targeted learning and can help set new vectors for research activities. This study is primarily of interest to all higher education teachers involved in the educational process of a medical university.

The priorities in training personnel for educational and scientific organizations in the regions of the Russian Federation are a fundamental approach to the study of disciplines, practical orientation, education of respect for national history, the state language and traditions, the personality of the teacher and the student; awareness of the responsibility and importance of Russian education, consideration of advanced ideas and demands of society. The fundamental nature of personnel training has always been combined with high requirements for the mission of teaching staff – people of high scientific, methodological, moral and universal culture.
