    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the study of the family's role in the correction process of psychomotor development in children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Based on the analysis of pedagogical, psychological and specialized medical literature, the article reveals the specificity of the family work with a child. The description of the pedagogical and psychological strategies of work with the child with ASD to correct the psychomotor disorders is particularly important. It's pointed out that the necessity of including the families is important in the correction process.

    Special characteristics of students with ADHD can make it difficult to learn at school and lead to a variety of social and adaptive problems in later life. To date, a large amount of practical material has been accumulated to create a psychologically comfortable and safe educational environment for children with ADHD. The article deals with the competent organization of the process of teaching this category of students in the General education system. The article analyzes the features of planning the educational process, organization of the student's workplace in the classroom, the implementation of his motor activity, the system of rewards and rewards, and feedback on the child's behavior.

  • Opportunities to Optimize Social and Psychological Adaptation of Elementary School Children With Autism Spectrum Disorder in Inclusive Education

    Abstract:
    The results of testing the model of psychological and pedagogical support for elementary school children with autism spectrum disorder and intellectual disabilities who are studying in inclusive education are presented in the article. The main target groups and activities of specialists within the framework of the implementation of this model are identified, and the possibilities of using applied behavior analysis in the organization of support are determined. The importance of interaction of all subjects of the educational environment in creating the conditions necessary for successful socialization of children is updated. Research methods and materials: observation, comparison, analysis of testing the model of psychological and pedagogical support for children with intellectual disabilities. Testing was carried out on the basis of 7 educational organizations in Yoshkar-Ola and rural settlements of the Republic of Mari El. The study involved elementary school children studying in a resource class at a secondary school. Methods of assessment and schemes for identifying the level of social and psychological adaptation of elementary school children are reviewed. Research result. Positive dynamics of indicators of social and psychological adaptation could be observed. The following indicators were improved: emotional and volitional sphere, behavior in general, interaction with peers. All those components characterize the emotional and behavioral components of social competence. It is concluded that testing the model of psychological and pedagogical support for school children with autism spectrum disorder and intellectual disabilities, based on the cooperation of all subjects of the educational environment, is effective and advantageous.

    Abstract:
    The problem of resolving cross-border insolvency disputes by Russian courts using foreign experience is analyzed in the article. The author describes how the problem of cross-border insolvency is resolved according to contemporary Russian legislation. It is noted that Russian courts are forced to independently develop approaches to dispute resolutions on cross-border insolvency in the absence of certain provisions in Russian law. The invocation of the concept “Center of Main Interests” (COMI) based on the analyses of the Russian courts’ cross-border insolvency precedents and the study of oversea conceptions is examined. The author comes to the conclusion that in order to justly resolve disputes on cross-border insolvency, it seems promising to use foreign experience by domestic courts.

    The article is devoted to the consideration of the system of medicines public procurement that is a backbone component of the population drug supply, which guarantees the availability and medical care quality according to the law. The author outlines that public procurement segment is one of the most stable and predictable segments of the Russian pharmaceutical market, since it is financed by budget funds of all levels and compulsory health insurance. The author comes to the conclusion that further development of the procurement system is one of the key areas for increasing the efficiency of managing state assets and the driver of growth in the social and economic development of the Russian Federation.

  • Determining the Total Number of Endocrine Disorders Among Children With Speech Disorders: Social and Dispatching Work

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to determining the total number of endocrine disorders of the thyroid gland among children with speech disorders based on medical ultrasound data. The author of the article outlines that due to the fact that the prevalence of speech disorders is 100% among children with hypothyroidism, the following question deserves attention: “How many endocrine disorders can occur in children with speech disorders?”. Methods of research. Within the framework of the social and dispatching work of specialists of the psychological-medical-pedagogical commission, the referral of children with speech disorders to a medical ultrasound examination of the thyroid gland was organized. At the same time, none of the children had previously been examined by an endocrinologist or received appropriate treatment. The first group of children attended speech therapy classes at the Center for Psychological and Pedagogical Rehabilitation and Correction in Nizhneudinsk in the 2013-2014 academic year. The second group of children attended preschool educational institution №208 in the 2016-2017 academic year. The study allowed to draw the following key conclusions: in children with speech disorders in 40% of cases do have previously undetected endocrine disorders that deserve close attention and study by medical professionals, both of primary health care institution (Institute of Pediatrics) and pediatric endocrinologists; 29% of children with speech disorders potentially need the help of an endocrinologist. The algorithm for sending parents of children with speech disorders to consult medical specialists, whose help the child may need is presented in the article. The results of the study may be of interest to a wide range of medical and pedagogical specialists working in the system of school psychological and pedagogical councils, central and territorial psychological and medical and pedagogical commissions in the current conditions of the Federal State Educational Standards (FSES) implementation.

  • Visual Modeling as a Means of Teaching Creative Storytelling to Senior Preschoolers with Severe Speech Impairments

    The article is specifically concerned with the fact that the search for new ways of improving corrective logopedic work with children diagnosed with severe speech disorders is directly associated with changes in the requirements concerning the content of preschool education. Today, the corrective work aimed at addressing emerging or existing impairments of speech and its grammatical structure, as well as phonemic hearing is prioritized in the Russian logopedics, being the most well-developed. The aim of this study is to establish the theoretical basis for the research problem and to develop a course of logopedic classes using visual modeling for developing creative storytelling skills in senior preschoolers with severe speech impairments. The following methods have been used in the study: analysis of literature on the research subject, experiments, methods used in mathematical statistics, qualitative and quantitative methods of processing the experimental findings, observation. It can be concluded that creating motivating communication associated with creative activity or a visual situation creates conditions for children’s independent will to speak out and share their opinion. Developing creative storytelling skills in children of senior preschool age with severe speech disorders presents great difficulties. Creative storytelling is an effective means of speech development. The method of visual simulation can be used when working on all types of coherent expression, in particular, this applies to creative storytelling. In the course of visual modeling children will become familiar with graphic ways of presenting information: images of outlined objects with a minimal amount of details, symbolic images of objects, plans and symbols used in them.
