В ходе исследования выявлено, что основными предикторами, оказывающими существенное влияние на показатели удовлетворённости жизнью будущих юристов, являются ценности «достижения» и «самостоятельность».

The author believes that the creation of a new educational system that meets the needs of modern society in line with the humanitarization of education presupposes a harmonious combination of education, upbringing and teaching, natural science and humanitarian structures. In this regard, the importance of humanitarization of engineering education is obvious, since it serves as the basis for the holistic personal development of an engineer specialist as a «person of culture».

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the analysis of Plato's works «On the State» and «Laws», as a result of which it becomes clear what an ideal state from a political and legal point of view was for the thinker. Such aspects of his teachings as the form of an ideal state, the political and legal system, the social structure of society, the cultural and religious aspects of his organization, the personality in an ideal state are considered. The authors conclude that the works of the Greek philosopher have remained relevant to the present, since the main ideas formulated by Plato later adopted, developed and finalized many scientists, thinkers, writers of different historical eras. The question of the best social, political and legal order has remained open throughout human history, and the answer remains to be found. It is thanks to great thinkers, philosophers of the past that scientists can talk and argue today about the concept of the right state, laws, justice, politics, etc. It is emphasized that Plato's writings contain many provisions ready for acceptance by Russian law, in particular, the thinker formulated the modern principle of inviolability and general obligation of the law as a condition of harmony in society.

The images are extremely idealized, de-individualized, schematic, but not mismatched; masculinized. It is explained by the gender stereotypes and inability to see and to understand "another".

  • Comparative Analysis of Desires and Ideals in the Structure of the Value Sphere of the Personality of Younger Schoolchildren

    Abstract:
    The article presents the generalized results of a comparative empirical study of the manifestation of desires and ideals in the structure of the value sphere of the personality of younger school choldren in secular (n=218) and orthodox (n=212) schools. The orientation of meeting the needs of younger schoolchildren and its classification is shown. The analysis of the identified ideals and role models of modern younger schoolchildren is compared with the results of a study of the ideals of children in Germany and America conducted in the early twentieth century. General and specific results of comparative analysis of empirical data are presented. The author proves the need to develop and implement in the practice of spiritual and moral education programs of psychological and pedagogical support for the development of the structure of the value sphere of the personality of younger schoolchildren in cooperation with the school, family and Church. At the same time, the methodological significance of the anthropological principle of education with its religious-philosophical, psychological and pedagogical aspects is emphasized.
