    В статье анализируются аспекты социальной адаптации детей с синдромом дефицита внимания и гиперактивности (СДВГ), акцентируя внимание на трудностях, с которыми они сталкиваются при установлении контактов с окружающими, соблюдении общественных норм и контроле своего поведения. Эти проблемы вызваны основными проявлениями СДВГ: импульсивностью, повышенной активностью и неспособностью длительно удерживать внимание. Описываются последствия данных сложностей для школьной жизни ребенка. В частности, отмечаются проблемы в общении как со сверстниками, так и со взрослыми, тенденция к социальной изоляции. Автор определяет основные факторы, влияющие на успешность социальной адаптации детей с СДВГ, и предлагает комплекс мер для ее улучшения.

    Abstract:
    The purpose of the study is to consider the teachers’ aging. The factors influencing it are marked, using the example of Alatyr in the Chuvash Republic. In the chapter reveals the local features of secondary school staffing based on the empirical research analysis conducted in the period of 2021 – 2023. To understand the dynamic of changes in teachers’ aging, statistics was calculated. To visualize the results of the study a graphical method was used. The trend towards the aging of teachers in the school system of Alatyr, Chuvash Republic is obvious. It is also proved by the results of the research in pools of primary school, English and Maths teachers in 2021 and 2023. Current data may enable local education authorities to take a long-term approach to establishing a systematic set of strategies to build a more solid ground of the profession. The practical significance of the research lies in the fact that the obtained data, indicating a low level of renewal of the teaching staff, can be used to improve the situation with the aging of teachers. The novelty of the study lies in the fact that previously the teachers’ aging problem was not directly associated with local features of secondary school staffing. The data can be used by specialists to clarify the system of actions to stimulate the recruitment and retention of new teachers in the school system of a small town considering the local features.

В заключении приводятся выводы о возможных способах улучшить навык чтения и увидеть перспективы будущего исследования.

    The article presents the results of a study of professional deficits of modern teachers in the field of communicative competence. The purpose of the scientific work is to identify professional deficits based on the theoretical analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature and empirical research methods. The relevance of the work is indicated by the needs of the state and society for teachers who are ready to carry out their professional activities in accordance with the new social situation caused by the emergence of modern face-to-face and network communications. The main concepts of the article are determined through the generalization of scientific research. The survey of teachers made it possible to identify deficits in the field of various competencies. The survey of teachers on the subject of professional deficits indicated communicative difficulties, helped to identify ways to overcome difficulties through methodological support and targeted assistance.

    Abstract:
    The chapter examines the issues of staffing the economy in the context of the groundwork and prospects. The prerequisites for updating the topic of staffing the economy are highlighted and the urgent problems hindering technological development are systematized. Attention is focused on forecasting personnel needs as the main mechanism for overcoming imbalances between the needs of the economy in personnel and the capabilities of the education system. Scientific and normative methods and models of forecasting personnel needs are investigated, typical metrics are generalized. The interrelationships between the priorities of socio-economic development of the subjects of the Russian Federation and staffing and staff shortage are analyzed. The limitations of forecasting methods for personnel needs are systematized. Special attention is paid to approaches to ensuring the human resources needs of the economy for the purposes of forming a national project and implementing the goals of technological development. The continuity of the components of the methodology for forecasting personnel needs of the new format and qualitative changes in the set of statistical data and approaches to the selection of a source base for the purpose of forecasting personnel needs are reflected.

Questions about modern correction methods are raised, in particular, the importance of using an interactive table and the EduQuest system in eliminating spatial defects in children with disabilities.

    Статья посвящена вопросу опыта проведения профессиональной пробы в рамках массовых мероприятий. Отмечается, что проблема нехватки инженерно-технических кадров на рынке труда носит комплексный характер. Поэтому эта проблема решается по трем направлениям: изменение структуры экономики страны; усовершенствование системы образования; создание системы профессиональной ориентации населения. Особое место в профессиональной ориентации школьников занимают профессиональные пробы. В настоящее время существует ряд программ профессиональных проб. Вместе с тем вопрос реализации профессиональных проб в условиях массовых мероприятий проработан недостаточно полно. Авторами предложена адаптированная программа профессиональной пробы инженер геоматики при проведении массовых мероприятий, где применяется интерактивный метод и современные компьютерные технологии. В результате ее апробации на мероприятиях: «День открытых дверей»; «Наука 0» и «День российской науки» продемонстрирована ее эффективность. Отмечается, что предложенная адаптированная профессиональная проба вызывала интерес к инженерно-техническому профилю в сфере геодезии у 37% школьников. Выполненная авторами работа расширяет теоретико-методическую основу разработки программ профессиональных проб, а ее практическая ценность заключается в том, что она доведена до практического применения.

    В статье представлены результаты качественного исследования, посвященного выявлению и анализу дефицитов компетенций преподавателей вуза в проектном и педагогическом компонентах при работе с проектными командами. Исследование состояло из двух этапов: 1) 10 полустандартизированных глубинных интервью с экспертами, имеющими опыт модерирования групповых проектов, 2) 2 фокус-группы с вузовскими преподавателями. Результаты исследования позволили сформулировать выводы о структуре и содержании программы обучения модераторов, включающей элементы как психологической теории в части внутригрупповой коммуникации и групповой динамики, так и методологии проектной работы: целеполагание, ориентация проектной команды на конечный результат.

    The chapter is devoted to determining the prevalence of iron deficiency anemia (IDA) in students with the consequences of early organic damage to the central nervous system. The increased interest in this disease is due to a number of circumstances. Firstly, hypoxia of the brain in IDA affects the cognitive abilities of minors. Secondly, this disease in children with intellectual disabilities provokes diseases of the cardiovascular system in 62.5%, visual impairment in 31.2%, and pathology of the urinary system in 38.7%. Research methods. For the presence or absence of iron deficiency anemia, in the period from 2015 to 2023, medical documents of 653 students from different nosological groups associated with cognitive impairment were examined. The study made it possible to draw the following conclusions: the prevalence of IDA in children with F80 (expressive speech disorder) is 20%, with F83 (mixed specific disorders of psychological development) – 31%, with F70 (mild mental retardation) – 52%, with F71 (moderate mental retardation) – 33%. The total number of minors with a history of iron deficiency anemia is high. More than 40% of all students and pupils with disabilities (HIA) who study according to adapted programs due to intellectual and speech disorders may need social dispatching assistance from specialists of PMPC and school councils. The results of the study may be of interest to a wide range of medical and pedagogical specialists. Doctors are asked a problematic question about why, with moderate mental retardation and more pronounced (significant) cognitive impairments, the prevalence of IDA is significantly lower compared to mild mental retardation. Using specific clinical examples, teachers are described various algorithms of social dispatching assistance to families to prevent possible secondary violations in minors.

    Генетическая гетерогенность ВИЧ влияет на патогенность вируса, прогрессирование заболевания и ответ на комбинированную антиретровирусную терапию у инфицированных пациентов, а также препятствует разработке вакцины против данного заболевания. Молекулярно-генетический анализ ВИЧ позволит отслеживать миграцию и мутации вируса, а также прогнозировать развитие эпидемии. Проведен сравнительный анализ нуклеотидной последовательности участка гена Env вариантов ВИЧ Республики Татарстан (г. Казань). Было обнаружено, что исследованные образцы ВИЧ из Республики Татарстан относятся к подтипу А.1 группы М штамма ВИЧ-1.
