    Abstract:
    Статья содержит краткий обзор особенностей развития младших школьников с различными нарушениями внимания, которые препятствуют нормальному познавательному процессу и затрудняют социализацию. Гиперактивность, рассеянность внимания, асоциальные действия таких детей вызывают упрёки со стороны окружающих и родителей, что усугубляет развитие синдрома. Коррекционная педагогика и психология предлагает различные способы выравнивания ситуации, ведь эти учащиеся не являются умственно отсталыми. Авторы описывают ряд методик по коррекции гиперактивности и нарушений внимания: от двигательных упражнений и дыхательных гимнастик до специальных учебных заданий, призванных создавать ситуацию успеха, с обязательной обратной связью.

    Abstract:
    This article presents the statistics of the development of Chuvash Republic’s educational system, describes the modern state of general (preschool, school) education. The article also describes current problems of educational system on different levels and lists possible solutions of those problems. Main attention is given to the fact that balanced development of regional systems of education is a key factor of forming unified educational system in Russian Federation. Author gives his own point of view on the creation of conditions for preservation and development of Russian people’s native languages. Special attention was given to the problems of development of system of the continuous education of teachers.

    Abstract:
    In modern conditions, the role of intellectual capital increases. Personal and collective intelligence become the determining factors of strategic development of the educational organization. This, in turn, requires strategic development of intellectual capital. The work deals with the components and content of the process of such development. The concept of educational intellectual capital is given and it is shown that the strategic development of educational intellectual capital should provide the necessary compliance and understanding of the external environment. Types of educational institutions are selected, different in strategic orientation for the development of their educational and intellectual capital.
