    The chapter provides a comprehensive analysis of the state and development trends of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Republic of Mari El in the context of ensuring the region's economic security. Systemic risks threatening economic security are identified: limited access to financial resources, administrative barriers, outmigration of skilled personnel, and the high budget dependency of the republic.

    Abstract:
    In the context of geopolitical instability and economic turmoil, the study of regional development of small and medium-sized businesses is particularly relevant, since this sector plays a key role in innovation, job creation and economic growth. Business development in Russia varies significantly across regions due to many factors, including economic activity in the region, the level of infrastructure development, access to financing and support from the authorities. The purpose of the study is to study the regional aspects of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship development. The article uses such research methods as analysis of theoretical sources, study of statistical data, comparative analysis. The indicators characterizing the development of entrepreneurship, its financing and lending in the Republic of Tatarstan over several years were analyzed.

Выявлено, что реализация таких мер способствует росту конкурентоспособности предпринимательства, его социально-экономической значимости и решению актуальных задач в регионах.

    Abstract:
    The outbreak of COVID-19, which began in December 2019, was declared an emergency in the field of public health of international importance by the World Health Organization on January 30, 2020, and a pandemic on March 11. The coronavirus epidemic has become one of the main threats to the global economy and financial markets. A paradoxical situation has developed in many countries: Governments needed to stop the spread of a new global disease, but restrictions on movement, quarantine, suspension of activities in many enterprises, as well as the transition to remote work from home have severely shaken the economic condition of these countries. Understanding all the negative consequences of the coronavirus, the state has taken certain steps to mitigate the effects of the pandemic and to restore the economy. In this article, we will look at the problems that COVID-19 has led to, as well as specific measures to support the state in the economic, social and health spheres.

    Abstract:
    The article defines the role of entrepreneurship in the socio-economic life of the country, examines the main problems of the development of Russian small and medium-sized enterprises, and suggests ways to develop them under the conditions of economic sanctions of Western states and macroeconomic instability of the national economy. It is concluded that in order to increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in Russia's GDP, it is necessary to involve them in all spheres of activity and strengthen their qualitative component. And in order to increase the effectiveness of measures taken by the state in relation to SMEs, it is necessary to improve the legislative framework and review ongoing national projects taking into account changing conditions.

    В статье рассмотрены основы комплексного подхода к организации тренировочного процесса в студенческом армрестлинге. Акцент сделан на важности решения нескольких наиболее важных задач. Важно выстраивать специальную силовую подготовку и дальнейшую тактику соревновательной борьбы на основе учета индивидуальной антропометрии спортсмена. Также необходимо обеспечить тренировку мышц антагонистов с целью профилактики травматизма, с этой же целью подобрать комплекс упражнений для миофасциального релиза (МФР), осуществляемого с использованием ролла для МФР. Использовать классический массаж, с целью наилучшего восстановления армспортсмена. Данный подход позволит повысить эффективность подготовки студентов-армспортсменов, а также способствовать их спортивному долголетию.

    Несмотря на достаточно непродолжительный период рыночных отношений, законодательство Российской Федерации содержит меры по поддержке субъектов малого бизнеса. Налогообложение не является исключением. Современная налоговая система адаптирована под малый бизнес, сосредоточенный в различных отраслях национальной экономики. Актуальность статьи обусловлена тем, что в различные периоды развития системы налогообложения одни меры поддержки субъектов малого бизнеса заменяются другими и не всегда данные мероприятия несут в себе благоприятные последствия. Изучение авторами статьи развития нормативно-правового законодательства позволяет выявить наиболее благоприятные меры по поддержке малого бизнеса и скорректировать действующие нормативно-правовые акты.
