    Abstract:
    The article analyzes the problems of forming the essence of professional mobility among university students in non-core areas of training using digital technologies. The relevance of the research topic is due to the fact that irreversible processes of global, global and regional scientific, technological and socio-cultural transformation are currently underway, which should be considered among themselves as a systemic interaction. Digital technologies in their content represent a methodology for applying interrelated methods and means of cybercommunication, which involves increasing the effectiveness of interaction, which implies requirements for professional mobility of university students in non-core areas of training using these technologies. The interest in improving the professional mobility of students in non-core areas of training by means of information technology is due to the qualitative and quantitative processes of informatization. In this regard, the process of searching for new scientific and pedagogical approaches to organizing the training process for professionally mobile specialists is relevant. The paper analyzes the process of formation of the essence of professional mobility among university students in non-core areas of training by means of information technology. The study of the features of the formation of this essence among university students of non-core areas of training by means of digital technologies in the scientific and pedagogical aspect is due to the problematic features of the formation of professional mobility in this category of trainees.

    Abstract:
    Статья представляет комплексное исследование процессов трансформации дисциплинарной структуры китайской системы высшего образования в контексте реализации национальной стратегии развития в период 2014–2024 гг. Рассматриваются механизмы централизованного управления образовательными реформами, основанные на стратегическом прогнозировании потребностей экономики и технологического развития. Анализируется беспрецедентная по масштабам модернизация образовательной системы, включающая создание и упразднение тысяч специальностей бакалавриата с приоритетным развитием STEM-направлений, цифровых технологий и междисциплинарных программ. Исследование выявляет особенности производственно-образовательной интеграции как ключевого принципа адаптации академических программ к требованиям инновационной экономики. Научная новизна работы заключается в систематизации принципов динамической корректировки дисциплинарной структуры на основе национального стратегического планирования и сравнительном анализе китайской модели с западными подходами к управлению образовательными системами. Результаты исследования демонстрируют эффективность китайского опыта адаптации высшего образования к вызовам технологической революции.

В результате опроса выявлены ценности получения высшего образования, мотивы выбора вуза, причины выбора направления подготовки (специальности), получена информация о возрасте принятия решения о выборе высшего образования, определены мероприятия, которые помогли в выборе профессии, получена оценка условия обучения в вузе.
