    Abstract:
    This chapter discusses the concept of «ecosystem», widely used in business and strategic management, focusing on its well-known definitions in the literature, as well as the relationships between the concepts of «system», «value chain», and «supply chain». To identify the relationship between these concepts, a graphical visualization is proposed, demonstrating the distinctive feature (characteristic property) of ecosystem from other organizational forms of business and other constructs. The connection between the concepts of «system» and «ecosystem» is also established, confirming the rationale for introducing this term for this concept.

    Abstract:
    Fundamental analysis, traditionally used to evaluate individual companies, needs to be rethought in the context of modern complex business ecosystems. The authors explore the transformation of fundamental analysis methods necessary for an adequate assessment of companies whose value and viability are closely linked to their position in the ecosystem, analyze the limitations of traditional approaches and propose an expanded methodology that takes into account network effects, interdependencies between ecosystem participants, as well as the impact of external factors such as regulation and technological change. The chapter aims to identify key indicators that are characteristic of the ecosystem approach and should be included in the traditional fundamental analysis. The aim of the work is to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of such an integrated approach to improve the accuracy and validity of assessing the value of companies in the context of ecosystem development. As a result, a new business valuation framework is proposed that provides a more complete and accurate view of the value of companies in today's ecosystem-based economy.

    В современных реалиях российские компании сталкиваются с растущей конкуренцией, требующей укрепления своих бизнес-экосистем, чтобы адаптироваться к двойному тренду: переходу к цифровым технологиям и устойчивому развитию. Однако управление такими экосистемами в сложных меж- и внутриорганизационных условиях требует глубокого, но пока малопонятного изменения роли и возможностей внутренних организационных функций. Целью данного исследования является изучение внутреннего потенциала управления экосистемами на базе углубленного тематического исследования 12 ведущих агропродовольственных компаний Свердловской области в 2021–2023 гг. Результаты анализа, основанного на перспективе динамических возможностей, позволили выделить три комплекса ключевых возможностей управления экосистемами: прогнозирование экосистем, их интеграция и управление экосистемами. Результаты исследования ключевых возможностей, процедур и деятельности компаний по управлению экосистемами в динамическом контексте вносят значительный вклад в управленческие и стратегические исследования экосистем в быстро развивающихся бизнес-средах, а также в совершенствование бизнес-практик.

В статье рассматривается трансформация мирового и российского финансового рынка в рамках растущих банковских экосистем, исследуется историческая траектория, текущая динамика и перспективы на будущее.

    The study substantiates the importance of legal anthropology in preserving the social ecosystem of the peoples of the North. Problems in the legal regulation of preserving the originality of their life activity are considered. The author analyzed the existing regulations, as well as empirical material related to the preservation of the traditional social institutions of these peoples. With the help of synthesis, the emerging problems of the safety of social systems are identified. The historical method made it possible to determine the origins of the surviving customs and traditions of nomadic peoples. The result is the development of recommendations for preserving the identity of the social ecosystem of the peoples of the North of the Russian Federation with the help of law.

    The purpose of the study is to analyze the current state and determine the main trends in the development of the Russian metallurgy. As a result of the research, the state and prospects of: production and consumption of metallurgical products; sustainable development of metallurgical companies; digitalization in metallurgy are analyzed and determined. It was found that: 1) despite the coronavirus pandemic in 2020, which had both a direct and indirect impact on the work of metallurgical enterprises, the production of metals and metal products in Russia remained at the proper level; 2) objectively, there is a need to use ESG indices to assess the sustainable development of metallurgical companies, in this regard, the directions for improving the reporting of companies on sustainable development are considered 3) a promising direction of digitalization in metallurgy is the formation of ecosystems. The results obtained can be used in the practice of metallurgical enterprises.
