    Abstract:
    The chapter considers the issue of criminal-legal protection of information security at the international level. The main attention is paid to the national legislation of the USA, Great Britain, France and Germany in this area. The main regulatory legal acts aimed at ensuring cybersecurity, as well as liability mechanisms for violations in the field of information security are analyzed. Various aspects of information resource protection are considered, including the protection of state secrets, privacy and critical information infrastructure facilities. An analysis of international experience in countering crimes in the field of information security revealed key problems: difficulties in identifying intruders, difficulties in investigating and solving crimes. It is proposed to create an international convention on information security under the auspices of the UN. It is concluded that the regionalization of acts can lead to an increase in attacks from countries that have not signed the agreement. It is important to regulate liability for recording non-public conversations, dissemination of criminally obtained data and fraudulent access to protected information.

    Abstract: the article discusses current issues of the use of digital educational resources in secondary schools. The author analyzes the main challenges associated with the introduction of digital technologies into the educational process, such as insufficient teacher training, technical limitations, and digital security issues. The article also highlights the prospects for the development of digital education, including increasing student motivation, personalizing learning, and expanding access to high-quality educational materials. Recommendations are proposed for the effective use of SDR in secondary schools, including improving the digital literacy of teachers and creating an infrastructure to support digital learning.

    Abstract:
    In the context of the rapid transition to digital learning formats, cybersecurity is becoming one of the key tasks for educational institutions. The article "Cybersecurity in digital Education: Protecting the data of students and teachers" examines the main threats faced by participants in the educational process, including leaks of personal information, cyber attacks and fraud. Special attention is paid to data protection methods such as encryption, multi-factor authentication and user training in the basics of cybersecurity. Legislative aspects and standards governing the protection of personal data in the educational environment are also discussed. In conclusion, the article emphasizes the importance of creating a culture of cybersecurity in educational institutions, which contributes not only to the protection of information, but also to increasing the trust of students and teachers in digital educational platforms.
