    Abstract:
    Managing the process of employment of graduates of educational organizations in the process of digitalization acquires significantly new opportunities. The object of the study is the employment of graduates of educational organizations in the process of digitalization of assets, management of these organizations. Subject of the study: participants in the employment of educational organizations, their interaction through digital platforms. Research methods: systematization, classification, analysis of legal documentation. The study confirms the relevance of the topic, clarified the concept of "graduate of an educational organization", formed a classification of graduates of educational organizations, systematized the material on digital platforms for the employment of graduates in the Russian economic space, proposed the direction of "supervision as mentoring" for the development of the process of employment of graduates in the Russian educational process.

    Abstract:
    The chapter of the monograph highlights effective models of innovative activity in the system of higher education for training personnel in the context of the digitalization of society, identified on the basis of an analysis of the best practices of federal innovation platforms. The work was carried out within the framework of the Research and Development Agreement on «Identification of best practices based on the results of an expert evaluation of applications and reports of federal innovation sites» with Financial Expert Systems LLC, Moscow, the operator of the organization of the procedure for evaluating the activities of FIP subjects as part of the execution of the State Contract dated April 25, 2022 of the year No. 05.2022.244.02.003.021 for the performance of works (provision of services) under the project «Information, analytical and technological support for the formation and operation of a network of federal innovation sites in the advanced educational ecosystem of the Russian Federation». The monograph examines the projects of federal innovation platforms of higher education institutions, implemented in the direction of «informatics, digitalization», as well as in other interdisciplinary areas related to the digitalization of society.     Abstract:
    The chapter of the monograph highlights effective models of activity in the field of innovative educational activities based on the best practices of the federal innovation platforms. The work was carried out within the framework of the Research Agreement on «Identification of best practices based on the results of expert evaluation of applications and reports of federal innovation platforms» with Financial Expert Systems LLC, Moscow, the operator of the organization of the procedure for evaluating the activities of FIP entities in order to fulfill state contract №05.2022.244.02.003.021 dated April 26, 2022 of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation. The chapter examines the projects of federal innovation platforms of higher education institutions, demonstrating effective models of legal support for the interaction of participants and co-executors of Federal innovation platforms of Higher Education, which made it possible to provide support for innovative educational activities for the implementation of the declared projects.     Abstract:
    The relevance of the article is due to the problems that have arisen in the context of the increasing threat of the spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-2019) and the transition of universities to distance learning. The article is devoted to the introduction of distance learning technologies at Kemerovo State University and describes the results of research related to the study of students’ attitudes to distance learning at the Institute of history and international relationship. This study was conducted on the basis of a survey of 60 students to identify the effectiveness of distance learning in the subjects "Foreign language" (English), "Practical course of the second foreign language" (German), "The second foreign language" (German). Based on the analysis of students’ responses and the synthesis of domestic and foreign literature, comparative study of the theory and practice of implementing distance learning by the best universities in the world, as well as taking into account personal experience of teaching a foreign language to students of Kemerovo State University, the authors concretize the conceptual apparatus of distance learning, reasonably identify the positive and negative aspects of the new learning system using electronic technologies for the educational process at the university.
