В заключение подчеркивается важность учета темперамента в практической психологии и педагогике для эффективного управления конфликтами.

Конфликтность в учебной группе может отрицательно сказываться на успеваемости студентов, создавать напряженность и дезорганизацию в группе, а также приводить к ухудшению общего настроения и самочувствия студентов.

    The article reflects the influence of mediation on the level of conflict. Conflicts have never been a rare phenomenon among young people, and peer mediation technology can be used to solve this problem. The article examines the effectiveness and advantages of using peer mediation technologies among young people. A study of peer mediation technologies was conducted on the basis of an educational institution in Krasnodar and further proposed the development of peer mediation in social networks (Telegram, VKontakte, etc.)

    Abstract:
    Восстановительная медиация играет ключевую роль в создании безопасной, поддерживающей школьной среды. Развитие у школьников навыков конструктивного решения конфликта способствует снижению уровня агрессии и насилия среди школьников, формирует у них понимание социальной ответственности, предотвращает повторные нарушения и рецидивы. При возникновении в школах конфликтных ситуаций важно вовремя внедрить мероприятия, направленные на восстановление взаимоотношений и компенсацию нанесённого вреда. С помощью проводимых школьной службой медиации интерактивных тренингов, кругов общения, ролевых игр и уроков школьники приобретают навыки социального взаимодействия и этикета. Данные умения являются необходимыми в развитии гармоничной личности ребёнка, а также помогают в улучшении взаимоотношений, способствуют повышению академической успеваемости.

Были рассмотрены механизмы влияния семейного воспитания на эмоциональное и поведенческое развитие подростков. На основе анализа современных исследований выявлены факторы, способствующие снижению агрессивности и конфликтности среди подростков: стиль воспитания, качество общения и эмоциональная поддержка. Отдельное внимание уделено практическим рекомендациям для родителей и специалистов в области воспитания.

    Abstract:
    The current political situation emphasizes the necessity to maintain the image of the country, Russian culture and language, Russian-language education in the world. In the conditions of the educational process of the university, the problem of maintaining motivation to study among students of the international faculty, which directly depends on the atmosphere in the student group, is topical. The article reflects the results of the research aimed at approbation of the program of work with students of international faculty based on the application of elements of traditional cultures (traditional and folk games, communicative norms and traditions, elements of folk folklore, etc.) as a tool to overcome tension and conflict in student groups studying Russian as a foreign language. The method of questionnaire survey, psychological testing, and expert evaluations were used to assess conflict and distance. Conclusions: the organization of work with students of the international faculty within the framework of the psychological service of the university has its own specificity, different from the work with Russian-speaking students; the use of elements of traditional culture (traditional and folk games, communicative norms and traditions, elements of folk folklore, etc.) is appropriate for solving the problems of psychological support of foreign students during the period of study.

    В статье рассматривается проблема взаимосвязи особенностей мышления и уровня конфликтности у младших школьников. Показано, что существует взаимосвязь между стратегиями поведения в конфликте и уровнем сформированности словесно-логического мышления. Обнаружены взаимосвязи между стратегиями поведения в конфликте и индексом эгоцентрических ассоциаций: положительная взаимосвязь между соперничеством и эгоцентризмом и отрицательная взаимосвязь между сотрудничеством и эгоцентризмом.
