- The article presents a methodology for forming the goals and content of lectures and practical exercises for the course "Fundamentals of Russian Statehood", implemented as part of the training of future journalists and media professionals. Taking into account the specifics of the future profession, a set of tools, tasks, methods, forms and formats of educational activity is described, a system of principles based on a practical and professional approach is formed.
