    Abstract:
    The influence of board games on the development of intellectual, communicative and creative abilities is investigated. Their role as a tool for the formation of personal and professional skills is analyzed. Special attention is paid to the process of self—designing games, viewed through the prism of a step-by-step approach - from the idea to the creation of a prototype. It is emphasized that the development of game products contributes to the development of analytical thinking, the ability to work in a team and the development of game design as a pedagogical method used in education, project activities and digital technologies.

    Abstract:
    This article explores the impact of unconscious processes and psychological defenses on leaders’ strategic decision-making. Using examples from psychoanalytic coaching practice, the author demonstrates that strategy is shaped not only by analyzing the external environment, but also by internal scripts, anxieties, and mental frameworks. Special attention is given to the role of anxiety—not as an enemy, but as a valuable signal. Psychoanalytic coaching is presented as a tool that helps leaders make mature decisions and act with greater awareness.

В качестве примера рассматривается опыт реализации проекта «Сахалин-2», где были применены современные методы развития лидерских качеств через коучинг. Исследуются ключевые аспекты трансформации лидерства, такие как повышение эффективности командной работы, улучшение стратегического мышления и развитие эмоционального интеллекта. Особое внимание уделяется роли коучинга в формировании новой управленческой культуры, способствующей успешному внедрению инновационных решений и достижению высоких результатов в сложных условиях нефтегазового сектора. Результаты исследования демонстрируют значимость коучинга как инструмента повышения конкурентоспособности организаций в современных условиях глобализации и быстрых технологических изменений.
