    Abstract:
    The purpose of the study was to evaluate the content of the «goals – objectives – methods – means» of state programs of the subjects of the Russian Federation related to the transport accessibility of territories, in accordance with the requirements of the program-oriented approach. To identify the problem area, the state programs of the subjects of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District in the areas of development of the transport complex, transport system or transport infrastructure for compliance with the requirements of the main goal were taken. The SMART methodology was used to assess the compliance of government programs with the requirements of a program-oriented approach to management. The results of the SMART criteria assessment showed that the state programs adopted at the level of the subjects of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District related to the transport accessibility of territories do not fully meet the criteria presented and have a number of disadvantages.

    Abstract:
    Успешный переход от окончания учебного заведения к трудоустройству стал актуальной областью интересов для выпускников, высших учебных заведений, работодателей, правительства и других агентов по трудоустройству из-за своей критической важности. Получение индивидуальных и социальных выгод от высшего образования тесно связано с характером процессов перехода от окончания вуза к трудоустройству. Эффект от инвестиций в высшее образование очевиден в случае, когда выпускники могут найти работу, связанную с их специальностями сразу после окончания вуза, чтобы максимально использовать навыки, приобретенные во время обучения. В статье рассмотрены текущие тенденции и политика развития перехода от высшего образования к занятости.

    В статье представлен анализ парфюмерно-косметической продукции на примере улажнающих кремов. Изучение состава и свойств трех образцов увлажняющих кремов для ухода за кожей лица трех различных производителей («Nivea», «Garnier», «Clinique»), представленных на отечественом рынке, показал их соответствие требованиям нормативных актов, а именно Технического Регламента «О безопасности парфюмерно-косметической продукции». Сопоставительный анализ представленных образцов выявил, что заявленным свойствам и безопасностью отличается крем под маркой «Nivea».

    The article focuses on the analysis of the functions of current and final control in methods of teaching foreign languages and on the identification of the causes of the inconsistency of the results of current and final control in methods of teaching foreign languages. The author analyses the following causes of the inconsistency of the results of current and final control: forgetting of a certain part of the material studied at the beginning of the module, the specificity of the final control, lack of motivation among the students.
