The author consistently conducts a theoretical analysis of domestic research on the problem of value formation in children in the process of family education, analyzes scientific views on the socio-psychological characteristics of children from single-parent families. Examines theoretical approaches to the study of terminal values and life spheres in children from single-parent families.
