    Abstract:
    The authors note that in the context of digitalization and transnational information exchange, it is of particular importance to protect the rights of holders of exclusive rights to intellectual property results used on the Internet through recognition of rights, their state registration and fixation through non-governmental instruments, contacting the competent authorities in case of violation and applying liability measures for their violation. Based on this, the authors conclude that effective protection of intellectual property on the Internet requires not only the integrated application of existing national mechanisms, but also coordinated international legal efforts aimed at overcoming jurisdictional barriers, balancing the interests of copyright holders and users, as well as adapting traditional legal structures to the realities of the digital economy.

    Abstract:
    Currently, domestic organizations, primarily controlling (supervisory) organizations, must, in compliance with the current legislation, switch to a risk-oriented approach in their activities. However, the science of management of organizations could not timely provide scientifically sound proposals for the practical implementation of laws by organizations on the implementation of a risk-based approach in the practice of work. At the same time, it is particularly difficult for practitioners of organizations to assess risks and hazards in order to assign them to certain categories and classes in order to optimize the frequency of inspections and reduce the cost of inspections while increasing their effectiveness.

    В статье описана актуальность для современной России проблемы стремительного роста бродяжничества и детской безнадзорности. Дано определение понятиям «дети улицы», «дети, лишенные родительской опеки», «безнадзорные дети», «беспризорные дети». Описана социальная ситуация развития безнадзорного ребенка. Изучены функции социально-педагогической работы по профилактике безнадзорности несовершеннолетних: реабилитация, адаптация, социализация. Охарактеризованы концептуальные принципы системы методов в коррекционно-воспитательной работе с безнадзорными детьми.
