    Abstract:
    In terms of psychology and philosophy, self-regulation of a healthy lifestyle of a successful person is considered as a modern topical socio-psychological and socio-philosophical problem. The essence of the approach is to identify the relationship and interrelationship of public and individual health. An organic relationship between these two aspects of a healthy lifestyle of a successful person is asserted. The authors draw research attention to the relatively new concept of "social pain" and the more well-known concept of "social disease". An original definition of the concept of a healthy lifestyle as personal autonomy and a way of self-regulation is given. The essence of the problem is concentrated in the idea of ​​​​personal autonomy, which allows for self-regulation of a healthy lifestyle of a successful person, since an unhealthy lifestyle depends on the level of development of the personality, its independence, the acquisition of its own meaning in life and a guideline for soci

    Abstract:
    В статье предлагается попытка осмыслить сложную демографическую ситуацию в России. Для реализации этой цели автор стремится создать адекватную рецепцию – философско-историческую и социально-психологическую. В этой связи автором выдвигается его собственная концептуальная идея, относящаяся к одному из важнейших аспектов в характеристике демографической проблемы. «Плохую» демографию он рассматривает как своего рода «социальную болезнь», достигшую в России кульминации. По мнению автора, последняя отражает патологическое состояние современного общества, являясь следствием социального отчуждения и ложно истолкованной свободы – главных факторов разрушения института семьи и семейных ценностей. В рамках процессов эмансипации эта проблема напрямую коснулась социального положения женщины и её жизненных установок, оказав значительное влияние на её статус и психологию принятия решений. В этом же контексте, как показано в статье, в современном обществе произошла существенная трансформация гендерных отношений.
