  • Technology for Developing Research Competence in Future Specialists within an Integrated Research, Education, and Production Complex

    Abstract:
    The article examines the problem of finding innovative mechanisms for a pedagogical technology aimed at developing the research competence (RC) of future specialists for high‑technology, knowledge‑intensive enterprises (KIEs). The choice in favor of a flexible pedagogical technology as a tool for developing RC is substantiated. The essential characteristics of “flexible” technology and its distinction from “rigid” algorithmized approaches are revealed through an analysis of theoretical approaches and classifications of pedagogical technologies, as well as through the specific features of personnel training for knowledge‑intensive industries. The author presents an original pedagogical technology implemented in an integrative, polysubject research‑education‑production environment (REPE) of a technical university. The architecture of the technology is proposed, with a foundational dynamic model; its structural components are developed and substantiated, and the stages of implementation and pedagogical conditions are identified. It is proven that a flexible pedagogical technology based on the principles of person‑centered and competence‑based approaches ensures the progressive development of research competence through the phased accumulation of research experience and the student's research autonomy – from reproductive educational and research tasks to full‑fledged participation in research projects within professional interdisciplinary teams and the performance of real production tasks at KIEs.

    Abstract:

The methods and criteria for evaluating its effectiveness are described. The degree of readiness for project activities among students of the Murmansk region is analyzed. The problems that students have when creating and presenting projects on Russian language and literature are characterized.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the problem of formation of research competencies of schoolchildren, which are one of the most important in the modern information society. The aim of the study is to substantiate and describe the content of the formation of research competencies of students in teaching mathematics. The study was carried out on the basis of the methods of analysis of pedagogical, methodical literature, modeling method. The paper describes in detail the principles and stages of the formation of research competencies in the process of the entire period of schooling, describes the model of the formation of research competencies of students in teaching mathematics. The structural elements of research competences, determined on the basis of the understanding of competencies as the knowledge, ways of activity and experience, taking into account the specifics of the mathematical content, the characteristics of learning mathematics. The described step-by-step preparation of students for research activities can be used in teaching mathematics at school.
