    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the role of the portfolio in the system of professional training of designers in the context of the transformation of 21st-century education. It examines the functions of the portfolio as a pedagogical tool for assessing the dynamics of competency development among students and graduates of design-related programs. The paper proposes principles for structuring a portfolio that ensure its effectiveness in both educational and professional contexts.

Приведены примеры социально-психологических барьеров общения у людей с нарушениями слуха. Представлены результаты опроса о важности коммуникации о проблемах социализации людей с нарушением слуха в современном мире.
