    This scientific article examines the economic history of Russia and foreign countries, focusing on the key stages of the development of economic systems, their interaction and impact on the social and cultural development of societies. The evolution of economic structures from feudalism to the modern market economy is analyzed, and the main economic models used in different countries are considered. The article discusses global economic trends such as colonialism, industrialization and globalization, and their impact on Russia's economic development, including in the light of historical crises and reforms. The article also highlights the connection between economic changes and political processes, highlighting how economic history shaped national identity and international relations. In conclusion, a combination of the economic history of Russia and foreign countries is proposed, considering mutual influence and borrowing, which opens up new prospects for further research

    The article presents the results of a study aimed at identifying the relationship between the level of development of critical thinking and the level of formation of an information security culture. The study was conducted among 250 students of the Volga branch of MADI using specialized questionnaires and tests. The data obtained can contribute to the development of more effective strategies to counter modern cyber threats, emphasizing the importance of critical thinking in strengthening the culture of information security.

    Abstract:
    The article attempts to provide a theoretical and empirical justification for the role of contextual technologies in the formation of an informationally and psychologically safe educational environment, which determines the formation of responsible behavior in the context of the socio-cultural context of multiple reality. On the basis of theoretical analysis, the main risks of personal development of a future specialist are described. A description of the results of an empirical study (2021 – 2024, N=87) showing the role of contextual technologies in the development of the intrapersonal context of the subject of educational activity is presented, determining his activity in the educational process, responsibility in interaction with the outside world, including other people, the choice of methods of intellectual and practical activity, models of social and speech behavior.

    The article addresses the quality of student training amid a shortage of personnel in the information technology sector. It highlights issues related to the preparation of specialized professionals and proposes creating a center for collaboration between universities and industry. This center aims to integrate the educational process with real projects, enabling students to gain practical skills and knowledge essential for successful careers in IT. A phased training process is outlined, where foundational education occurs at the university level, while updated training takes place within companies and project activities. The effectiveness of this integration is analyzed through financial indicators and assessments of educational quality. The findings indicate that implementing this solution improves companies' financial performance by enhancing employee qualifications and reducing training costs for new specialists. Additionally, there is a noted positive trend in the evaluation of educational quality, reflecting an increase in graduates' preparedness. Future development prospects include expanding partnerships with other companies and universities, introducing new educational programs and technologies, and conducting regular research to analyze integration effectiveness.

    Abstract:
    The article considers the topical issue of using information technologies in the process of professional training of legal personnel in order to form the level of digital competencies necessary in modern conditions of digitalization of the economy. The approaches of various universities preparing legal personnel to the selection of disciplines that form digital competencies are analyzed. It is especially emphasized that the minimum volume of disciplines that form this type of competence in many universities does not allow training lawyers who have the necessary skills to solve professional problems using modern information technologies. The authors, using the example of the discipline "Criminalistics," proposed an approach to the formation of the required level of digital competencies through the use of information technologies in the process of studying the disciplines of direction and profile. The article substantiates the feasibility of using video materials in lecture classes; holding lectures and conferences accompanied by presentations; mandatory practical training with the help of educational software (computer business and educational games, simulator programs, virtual reality technologies) in the process of studying discipline disciplines and profile, as this contributes not only to more effective assimilation of educational material by students of legal specialties, but also to the formation of the level of digital competencies necessary in modern society.

  • Longitudinal analysis of life values of adolescents with mental retardation and normotypical peers

    Abstract:
    The article presents the results of a longitudinal study comparing the dynamics of life values development in adolescents with mental retardation and normotypic peers. The study of the dominant values of normal adolescents and adolescents with mental retardation was carried out at the municipal autonomous educational institution secondary comprehensive school No. 157, Yekaterinburg, in the period from 2021 to 2023. The life values of adolescents were diagnosed using two methods: "Methodology for the Study of Value Orientations" (M. Rokeach), "Hierarchy of Life Values" (G.V. Rezapkina). The study showed that adolescents with mental retardation and normotypic peers have similar life values, but with some noticeable differences. These differences emphasize the importance of providing individual support to adolescents with mental retardation, which will contribute to their personal growth. The obtained data will also be of interest to teachers, parents and specialists who organize and implement correctional and developmental work, ensuring the well-being of adolescents with mental retardation. The study of the dynamics of the development of values of adolescents of the norm and mental retardation allowed us to conduct a comparative analysis and determine the trends in the formation of values in these categories of adolescents.

    The chapter examines the issues of supply-side economics development based on an ecosystem approach and in the context of sectoral development. The reasons for the initiation of the national supply economy model as the best model of economic development in the new economic reality are revealed. The issues of supply theory are touched upon, the essence and experience of applying the supply-side economics model are considered. The differences between the classical model of the supply economy and the emerging model of the national supply economy are determined.     The chapter examines the theoretical aspects of the problem of the information literacy formation, as well as significant media qualities of studying youth’s personalities, and their socialization in the context of global informatization of education. Personality is understood as a complex, versatile, and voluminous concept of the inner and social essence of an individual. It is defined as a person who constantly develops his inner qualities in a social environment, manifested in the process of communication. The possibilities of the influence of media environment and media education on the formation of student’s personality and media literacy in architectural, artistic, and technological directions and design are investigated. The process, methodological features, and results of professional and artistic education in the media environment and the real environment were also explored in this article. The author concludes the importance of acquiring media information literacy, critical thinking in the formation of a student's artistic and professional personality, and his successful socialization in the media environment. Socialization in the media environment is viewed as a self-developing professional entry into a new information system with the assimilation of rules and acquisition of knowledge and skills, excluding social risks. The research methodology is based on the interdisciplinary paradigm, the principles of consistency and scientific nature, psychological and pedagogical concepts of personality-oriented education as well as the didactic concept of teaching via digital technologies. The educational technologies described by the author can be applied in teaching art students, architects, art-technologists, and designers.

    The study reveals the specifics of teaching basic art disciplines in the junior courses of the undergraduate direction of the Design 54.03.01. Modern conditions are presented that form the sphere of professional activity of future designers. It reflects the importance of introducing students to moral, ethical and aesthetic values. Attention is focused on creating an artistic image as the fundamental principles of compositional tasks. The fundamental significance of the Propaedeutics discipline is revealed. Didactic teaching principles in the context of design education are outlined. The author's set of propaedeutics exercises is disclosed, which have increasing complexity, coordination of interdisciplinary ties and the development of the emotional sphere of students. The logic of interaction and continuity of disciplines can be traced. Features of training using computer tools and the use of neural networks in training are disclosed. The conditions for the further development of the designer in the professional field on the basis of fundamental knowledge are formulated.

  • Gender Differences in Student Engagement Indicators

    The study of gender differences in the academic engagement of university students is necessary for the targeted use of various educational technologies in the educational process in higher education. In this regard, it is important to conduct a comparative analysis of the components of engagement in higher education among girls and boys. The study used the methods «Emoticons» (Gizhitsky, 2016), «Diagnostics of student learning motivation» (Badmaeva, 2004), «Scales of academic motivation» (Gordeeva, Sychev, Osin, 2014), «Self-assessment of emotional and personal well-being» (Karapetyan, Glotova, 2020), pilot author's questionnaires «Inclusiveness in learning sessions», «Academic microdeviations» and «Self-report on academic performance». 263 university students aged 16–25 (202 girls and 61 boys) took part in the study conducted by an online survey. The Mann-Whitney U-test was used in data processing. The results of the study revealed that according to the indicators of academic engagement of students, more directly related to learning, there are no gender differences, and the belonging of girls and boys to the same socio-demographic group – «studentship» comes to the fore, since the norms and requirements for higher school students do not differentiate depending on the gender of students; gender differences were found in indicators of academic engagement, which are more indirectly related to learning, since these differences are largely due to the influence of spontaneous and purposeful impacts from broader layers of society, such as family upbringing, communication in peer reference groups, the impact of mass media and the Internet, including information and psychological technologies of social engineering.

    Abstract:
    Development of the EIEE (electronic information and educational environment) is one of the most important topics in modern pedagogical research. This process is currently undergoing a lot of changes and requires its detailed understanding within the framework of pedagogical science, as modern educational programmes for specialists’ training require implementation of innovative digital technologies. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to carry out theoretical analysis and case study in order to systematize this concept in the context of implementing educational programs for training highly qualified specialists in various sectors of the digital economy. EIEE plays the key role in terms of implementing educational programs for training highly qualified specialists in various areas of digital economy. This paper provides generalized analysis of existing theoretical approaches to the concept of "ecosystem" and considers various views on EIEE’s development. Particular attention is paid to the authors’ approach, which is based on cooperation with industrial partners. In this context, it is proposed to create EIEE through the development of technical specifications, integration of cross-platform solutions and sharing resources. In the course of the study, the author comes to the conclusion that EIEE’s development is an important step towards evolution of educational programmes that meet the requirements of modern digital economy and contribute to training of a new generation of specialists, who are ready for challenges that future presents.

    The presented article is devoted to the problem of human purpose in life as a psychological category. The importance of addressing the study of this issue is associated with the transformations taking place in society, leading to a sharp increase in cases of escapism and the desire for hedonism, as fundamental life guidelines of a modern personality, preventing a person from finding his true purpose in life, its meaning. However, despite the fact that interest in this issue has been growing lately, it is difficult to consider it finally resolved. The objective of this study is to determine the content of some aspects of the issue of human purpose in life as a psychological category. The method of this study is a theoretical analysis and generalization of existing scientific studies that reveal the main content of the category "human purpose in life", as well as related concepts. It has been established that a person's life purpose is a characteristic of the basic level of personality (the core of personality) and represents the initially given natural orientations of a person, his general life direction, expressing a predisposition to a certain type of functioning, style of activity, type of relationship with oneself, people and the world as a whole; a person's purpose is to become oneself, to self-determine in being, freely realizing (or freely refusing to realize) the plan for oneself. All individual callings of a person are particular ways of realizing the universal calling. The purpose of life for people gives vector certainty and programmatic nature to a person's life intentions, his ideals, dreams, life goals, life results. Values act as universals of the meaning of life, which crystallize in situations typical for society, humanity as a whole; the desire to search for and realize the meaning of life by a person is a need of a person and characterizes him as a subject of life activity. The meaning of human life is a complexly organized system of meanings, including multi-level semantic structures and functioning as a single whole.

    In the conditions of restrictions caused by market changes, political, economic factors, effective supply chain management becomes a key factor to ensure the stability and competitiveness of the enterprise. On the example of «Business Car Caspiy», an analysis of the economic performance and logistics activities of the company has been carried out. In order to mitigate the impact of constraints, several measures have been proposed, including optimizing the product assortment and introducing a dynamic stock buffer management practice using a new information and accounting system that optimizes relations with suppliers and customers.
