the article examines the components and features of the socio-psychological climate in the student group. A favorable climate is the key to ensuring the personal psychological safety of students with disabilities. The authors consider the psychological safety of the educational environment of the university as an important factor of the formation of a favorable socio-psychological climate of the group, which includes students with disabilities and analyze its components.

the article analyzes the concept of self-regulation and its dynamics in the context of the psychology of students with disabilities. It is indicated that the change in the social situation, the restructuring of the controlled activity determines the professional development of the personality of students, leads to the development of the self-regulation system, then to the crisis of its psychological organization, to the formation of a new integrity.
