It is indicated that the change in the social situation, the restructuring of the controlled activity determines the professional development of the personality of students, leads to the development of the self-regulation system, then to the crisis of its psychological organization, to the formation of a new integrity.

A favorable climate is the key to ensuring the personal psychological safety of students with disabilities. The authors consider the psychological safety of the educational environment of the university as an important factor of the formation of a favorable socio-psychological climate of the group, which includes students with disabilities and analyze its components.
