Обосновывается практическая значимость конструктивного разрешения внутриличностных противоречий как ресурса формирования профессионально важных компетенций будущего специалиста.

    Abstract:
    В статье обобщён опыт подготовки студентов Чебоксарского экономико-технологического колледжа к чемпионатам «Профессионалы» по компетенции «Хлебопечение» в 2023–2026 годах. Описана модульная структура конкурсных заданий, дан сравнительный анализ требований регионального и межрегионального этапов. Представлен поэтапный алгоритм работы с участниками: от отбора до психологической подготовки и отработки тайм-менеджмента. Отдельно разобраны типичные проблемы – дефицит времени, технологические сложности, акклиматизация – и способы их решения. Показано, как меняется роль наставника: от передачи знаний к стратегическому планированию и эмоциональной поддержке. Результаты студентов (медальоны в 2025 и 2026 годах) подтверждают эффективность системы.

    Abstract:
    Конфликтологическая компетентность является одним из важных качеств будущих банковских служащих. Именно благодаря ей удаётся эффективно проводить напряжённые деловые переговоры. Чаще всего в колледжах обсуждаемый вид компетентности формируется с опорой на активные методы обучения. При этом почти не рассматривается ресурс пассивных инструментов воздействия на личность. Речь идёт об агитационных плакатах. Их сильная сторона в том, что внешне яркий лозунг или призыв вызывает внутренний диалог личности, приводящий к формированию нужных психологических установок. Несмотря на широкое использование агитационных плакатов в вузах, всё ещё не изучены их возможности для формирования конфликтологической компетентности у студентов колледжа, обучающихся по специальности «Банковское дело». Данная проблема позволила определить цель исследования. Её достижение было связано с установлением методических особенностей использования агитационных плакатов.

    Современные работодатели всё чаще обращают внимание на наличие у выпускников университета активной гражданской позиции. Данная позиция проявляется в способности противостоять коррупционным моделям поведения. В этой связи перед университетами ставится задача, связанная с формированием у своих выпускников активной гражданской позиции. Для повышения качества рассматриваемого процесса предлагается использовать все возможные ресурсы. Речь идёт о обращении не только к аудиторной, но и внеаудиторной работе. Предлагается рассмотреть возможность включения студентов университета в органы самоуправления. В ходе исследования данная организационная мера была рассмотрена в качестве условия формирования у них активной гражданской позиции. Для организации данного условия были даны методические рекомендации.

    Abstract:
    В статье представлены результаты оценки физической подготовленности студентов первого курса художественно-промышленной академии им. А.Л. Штиглица. В исследовании приняли участие 30 девушек в возрасте 17–19 лет. Тестирование проводилось в соответствии с нормативами ВФСК ГТО VI ступени. Выявлен преимущественно низкий уровень физической подготовленности: по большинству тестов средние результаты не достигают бронзового знака ГТО. Полученные данные свидетельствуют о необходимости дифференцированного подхода к физической подготовке студентов творческих специальностей.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматриваются педагогические условия формирования устойчивой мотивации студентов к занятиям физической культурой и спортом в образовательной среде университета. Показано, что обязательное присутствие физической культуры в учебном плане само по себе не обеспечивает заинтересованного отношения обучающихся к двигательной активности. Существенное значение имеют содержание занятий, характер взаимодействия преподавателя и студента, возможность выбора, учет исходной физической подготовленности и постепенное включение самостоятельной работы. Особое внимание уделено переходу от внешней мотивации, связанной с необходимостью получения зачета и выполнения установленных требований, к внутренней мотивации, основанной на осознанной ценности физической активности. Сделан вывод о том, что результативность физического воспитания в вузе следует оценивать не только по текущим показателям физической подготовленности, но и по способности студента самостоятельно поддерживать необходимый уровень двигательной активности.

    The author examines cognitive visualization as a means of overcoming psychological discomfort in teaching foreign students journalistic skills. Based on a review and theoretical analysis, the use of this approach is justified as an educational format that enables students not only to engage in the learning process but also to stimulate creative activity, fostering sustained involvement in educational activities. Using the example of working with students from China, the potential of cognitive visualization in overcoming the psychological discomfort of learners is substantiated.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматриваются кросс-культурные аспекты формирования исполнительского стиля у иностранных студентов в классе фортепиано в условиях глобализации и интернационализации музыкального образования. Автором проанализированы теоретические основания кросс-культурного подхода в музыкальной педагогике, раскрыты его ключевые принципы (культурной релевантности, диалога культур, индивидуализации, толерантности и уважения). На основе сравнительного анализа китайской и российской фортепианных школ выявлены существенные различия в акцентах обучения, что создаёт определённые сложности при интерпретации произведений русских классиков китайскими студентами. Делается вывод, что успешное формирование исполнительского стиля иностранных студентов требует сочетания психолого-педагогических знаний, понимания культурного контекста произведений и владения стратегиями кросс-культурной адаптации.

    Abstract:
    The article considers the problem of correcting postural disorders in female students in the frontal and sagittal planes, arising against the background of prolonged static load during the educational process. The aim of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of using functional training means in comparison with the standard university physical education program. During a one-semester pedagogical experiment, the experimental group (n=18) used specially designed sets of functional exercises with an emphasis on core stabilizing muscles. A significant improvement in the strength endurance of the back and abdominal muscles, as well as the shoulder index, in the experimental group confirms the effectiveness of the proposed methodology.

    В статье представлены причины и последствия тревожности у студенческой молодежи. Показано, что в последнее время тревожность охватывает все большее количество юношей и девушек. Установлено, что девушки-студентки чаще демонстрируют личностную тревожность, чем студенты-юноши. Зачастую они воспринимают повседневные ситуации как угрожающие и испытывают по этому поводу выраженное беспокойство. Сделан вывод о том, что необходимо обеспечить комплексный подход к работе со студенческой молодежью, особое внимание уделяя техникам саморегуляции.

    The article addresses the issue of developing civic identity among students of pedagogical universities as a key objective of the state youth policy. It substantiates the potential of physical culture and sports activities as a powerful resource for socialization and patriotic education. Based on the systemic and activity-based approaches, four pedagogical conditions are identified and theoretically justified: axiological reorientation of the physical education content; integration of historical, cultural, and local history components; involvement of students in sports volunteering and socially significant projects; and creation of a reflective pedagogical environment that fosters the meta competencies of a future teacher.

    В статье рассматривается потенциал миофасциального релиза (МФР) как эффективного средства коррекции физического и психоэмоционального состояния студентов вузов. На основе анализа 14 научных публикаций (2022–2026 гг.) систематизированы данные о физиологических механизмах МФР, его влиянии на опорно-двигательный аппарат, сердечно-сосудистую систему и психоэмоциональную сферу. Обоснована целесообразность внедрения техник миофасциального релиза в структуру учебно-тренировочных и оздоровительных занятий со студентами с различным уровнем двигательной активности. Сделан вывод о том, что МФР является доступным, безопасным и высокоэффективным методом комплексного восстановления, способствующим повышению адаптационных резервов организма и успешности образовательной деятельности.

    В статье рассматривается проблема формирования критического восприятия информации в условиях цифровой трансформации мирового сообщества и роста манипулятивных стратегий в глобальном медиапространстве. Авторы обосновывают актуальность обучения критическому чтению англоязычных текстов как важнейшего фактора информационной безопасности личности и профессиональной подготовки будущих педагогов. Особое внимание уделяется анализу лингвистических механизмов воздействия (кликбейт, эмоционально окрашенная лексика, апелляция к авторитету, навешивание ярлыков) и их влиянию на восприятие информации в условиях языкового барьера. В статье доказывается, что формирование навыков критического чтения на иностранном языке является эффективным инструментом противодействия дезинформации и укрепления социальной устойчивости в эпоху глобальных информационных вызовов.

    The relevance of this study is driven by the growing number of international students from politically unstable regions in Russian universities and the insufficient development of a comprehensive approach integrating linguistic, social, cultural, and psychological aspects of adaptation. The aim of this work is to provide a theoretical substantiation and empirical verification of a psychological and pedagogical support model aimed at the linguosociocultural adaptation of preparatory faculty students from Mashriq countries. The article examines linguosociocultural adaptation as the inseparability of linguistic, social, and cultural components within the international educational environment. The materials comprise data from theoretical analysis of literature in educational psychology, intercultural communication, and andragogy, as well as empirical findings obtained from a sample of 120 preparatory students from Egypt, Libya, and Syria (2022–2025). Methods included questionnaires (Sociocultural Adaptation Scale, Spielberger State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, and the authors' Academic Motivation Questionnaire), in-depth interviews, participant observation, and a pedagogical experiment. The ascertaining phase identified the leading factors of maladaptation: language barrier, culture shock, consequences of psychologically traumatic experience, and insufficient secondary school preparation. The developed support program integrated language training, individual psychological counseling, tutoring, and a series of intercultural events. The post-implementation assessment demonstrated a statistically significant increase in sociocultural adaptation indicators by 35%, an improvement in academic performance by 28%, and a significant reduction in anxiety levels. It is concluded that linguosociocultural adaptation requires simultaneous pedagogical and psychological support; the proposed model has proven its effectiveness and can be recommended for scaling to other categories of students from unstable regions.

    The digital transformation of higher education is reshaping the established logic of educational interaction. Alongside the expansion of learning tools, issues of trust, responsibility, autonomy, and students' psychological readiness to use intelligent digital systems are becoming increasingly significant. The aim of this article is to elucidate the scientific problem of student trust in artificial intelligence (AI) by analyzing the factors that determine its manifestations in the modern educational environment. The empirical basis of the study comprises data from a comprehensive online survey involving 171 students from Russian universities, aged 17 to 36 years. A set of psychodiagnostic instruments was employed to collect empirical data, including the authors' digital experience questionnaire, the Digital Competence Index, the User Attitude towards AI Technologies Questionnaire, the Generalized Trust Scale, the Youth Trust in the Virtual Environment Questionnaire, the “Level and Types of Maladaptive Submissiveness in the Virtual Environment” Questionnaire, and the Cybervictimization Scale. It was established that student trust in AI is predominantly conditional in nature: the majority of respondents occupy an intermediate position between trust and distrust. Integrated digital competence does not emerge as a leading factor of trust in AI; more significant factors include the perception of risks and potential limitations of AI, trust in the digital environment, experience with digital tools, and the practice of verifying AI-generated responses. Gender does not play a pronounced differentiating role in students' attitudes toward AI.

The author's methodological system is presented, including three types of discussion sessions, a three-level language support system, and reflective practice. The results of experimental work are described, confirming the statistically significant effectiveness of the proposed method.

  • Social capital of students in the multiethnic educational environment of a Russian university: structure, formation mechanisms and development prospects

    The chapter addresses the problem of formation and accumulation of students' social capital in the multiethnic educational environment of a modern Russian university. The authors conduct a theoretical and methodological analysis of key social capital concepts (P. Bourdieu, J. Coleman, R. Putnam) as applied to the specifics of higher education in a multiethnic society. The structural elements of students' social capital – trust, social networks, norms of mutual assistance – are identified and their dynamics in a mixed ethnocultural university environment are traced. It is demonstrated that the multiethnic educational environment simultaneously serves as a condition and a resource for the formation of social capital: it provides for the expansion of interethnic interaction networks, the development of tolerance and intercultural competence, and the accumulation of «bridging» social capital. A conceptual model for the formation of students' social capital in a multiethnic university is proposed, incorporating institutional, communicative, psychological-pedagogical, and value-based components. Practical recommendations for designing an educational environment conducive to the accumulation of social capital and the strengthening of interethnic trust are substantiated.

    This chapter examines innovative approaches to organizing step aerobics classes for university students. The objective is to theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the effectiveness of using multimedia, mobile apps, and game-based methods in teaching step aerobics. The methodology includes a pedagogical experiment, physical fitness testing, and a questionnaire. The results demonstrate a significant increase in motivation and coordination skills among students in the experimental group. The conclusion confirms the feasibility of implementing the proposed innovations.

    В статье обосновывается, что цифровизация образования создаёт новые мотивационные триггеры для иностранных студентов, однако её эффективность зависит от системного учёта социокультурных и индивидуально-психологических факторов. На основе анализа современных подходов выделены ключевые педагогические стратегии: геймификация, смешанное обучение и повышение цифровой компетентности преподавателей. Показано, что максимальный рост внутренней мотивации достигается при балансе цифровых и традиционных форматов, а также при учёте культурной специфики обучающихся.

    В статье рассматривается важность физического воспитания как системообразующего фактора подготовки конкурентоспособных специалистов; раскрыты функции преподавателя физической культуры в образовательном пространстве университета. Обосновано, что педагог является центральным звеном в создании здоровье сберегающей среды, обеспечивающей формирование профессионального здоровья студенческой молодежи и психофизическую готовность выпускников к эффективной профессиональной деятельности.

    Abstract:
    Статья посвящена анализу сохранения и укрепления физического здоровья среди молодежи. Автором рассматриваются основные факторы риска, такие как гиподинамия, нарушение сна и режима питания. Приведена статистика о росте заболеваний органов зрения, опорно-двигательной системы, сердечно-сосудистой системы, хронической бессонницы и болезни органов пищеварения в период с 2013 по 2023 год. На основе полученных данных предлагаются способы профилактики.
