The role of physical culture in the prevention of diseases and health promotion of students
Annotation
The article is devoted to the analysis of the importance of physical
culture and health promotion of students in modern conditions. The necessity of a
healthy lifestyle is revealed, physical exercises are proposed for the prevention of
diseases and health promotion, and methods of increasing the efficiency of students'
workability are considered.
