Alexander A. Dvirskii

крымская кафедра психиатрии создана в 1920 г. при Таврическом университете и через пять лет была закрыта. В 1936 г. она вновь открылась при Крымском медицинском институте. В сентябре 1941 г. сотрудники института и студенты старших курсов были эвакуированы в г. Армавире. Среди них не оказалось преподавателей кафедры психиатрии. Профессор Н.И. Балабан и сотрудники кафедры психиатрии остались в Симферополе. В работе описана их трагическая судьба во время немецкой оккупации.
