the biological features of Goniolimon speciosum (L.) Boiss growing in the conditions of the Akmola region (Kazakhstan) were studied. Due to their morphological and anatomical features, G. speciosum plants are able to grow under conditions of water deficit and increased soil salinity. G. speciosum has a powerful root system, a rosette of basal bare leaves, branched peduncles with corymbose-paniculate inflorescences.
