в статье исследовано внедрение новелл в единую систему учета и регистрации прав, особенности изменения вида разрешенного использования земельного участка, характерные признаки новой системы учета и регистрации прав. Сформулирован вывод о необходимости доработки порядка регистрации с целью обеспечения стабильности гражданского оборота, соблюдения интересов его добросовестных участников.

It appears that the revision of certain provisions of laws regulating banking activities, including contractual relations, as well as the use of artificial intelligence algorithms by individuals, may become an effective measure of protection for individual clients in contractual relations with banks.
