Pedagogical culture as an indicator of a teacher's professionalism in additional professional training programs
Annotation
the chapter presents the results of a theoretical study on the activity of a teacher of additional professional education at the present stage. The main approaches to the definition of the teacher's pedagogical culture are analyzed, its descriptive element-by-element model is clarified. It is concluded that it is necessary to include innovative methods and approaches aimed at developing the personality of students in the educational process of training teachers for additional professional programs.
