The problem of frustration tolerance as the basis of emotional stability of teachers
Annotation
The article considers the factors of psychological stability of a teacher. Definitions of tolerance and frustration tolerance, as well as its forms are given. Psychotherapeutic techniques for increasing the level of frustration tolerance and emotional stability of a person in the conditions of professional activity of a teacher are described. It is noted that the formation of frustration tolerance is a condition for the emotional stability of teachers.
