  • Modern approaches to psychological and pedagogical support in the educational environment: individualization, digitalization and prevention of emotional burnout

    Abstract:
    The article studies the actual aspects of improving the system of psychological and pedagogical support in modern educational institutions, where the growth of anxiety, stress and professional burnout is one of the key problems. The main objective of the study is to develop a scientifically grounded model of support, taking into account both the individual characteristics of the participants of the educational process and the potential of modern technologies to improve the effectiveness of the educational environment. To achieve the set goals, the methods of metaprogram analysis, standard diagnostic tools (Spielberger-Hanin scale to assess anxiety and Maslach-Jackson questionnaire to analyze professional burnout) were applied, and digital platforms of psychological support were integrated. The study covered more than 500 participants of the educational process from municipal schools of Yekaterinburg. The key results demonstrate a significant reduction in students' anxiety level by 15% and an increase in their academic performance by 12% (p < 0.01), which confirms the high effectiveness of personalized educational routes based on metaprogram analysis. The obtained data are of high practical significance and can be used to create a universal model of support adapted to the modern conditions of educational institutions.

    The article discusses the theoretical foundations and practical approaches to the prevention of addictive behaviors in adolescents. Special attention is paid to the analysis of factors contributing to the formation of addictive behavior, as well as the development of comprehensive prevention programs aimed at the harmonious development of a teenager's personality, strengthening his social skills and increasing the level of psychological stability.

    Abstract:
    The article examines the pedagogical conditions and joint work of subjects of the educational process in developing the competence of future teachers. The main attention is paid to the integration of modern educational technologies and methods, the creation of practice-oriented learning conditions, as well as an interdisciplinary approach in the training of teaching staff. The importance of interaction between parents and teachers in the process of upbringing and education of students is especially emphasized, which includes support and motivation of students, organization of joint events and regular consultations. The psychological correspondence of the personal characteristics of future teachers with the objective requirements of the profession, such as emotional stability, professional ethics and communication skills, is analyzed. Recommendations for the implementation of comprehensive programs for supporting and developing professional competencies of students of pedagogical specialties are presented.

    The article considers the factors of psychological stability of a teacher. Definitions of tolerance and frustration tolerance, as well as its forms are given. Psychotherapeutic techniques for increasing the level of frustration tolerance and emotional stability of a person in the conditions of professional activity of a teacher are described. It is noted that the formation of frustration tolerance is a condition for the emotional stability of teachers.

    Abstract:
    The chapter is devoted to a detailed analysis of the relationship between moral stability and emotional stability, taking into account the philosophical idea of Confucius about the moral education of a noble person. Confucius, as a great teacher of the ancient world, teaches not only to restrain emotions, but to direct their energy to the moral self-improvement of the individual. This article reveals in detail the content of the concept of emotional stability and the role of the teacher's moral stability in maintaining his emotional stability. In this aspect, brief information is given about the relevant personality traits of a noble person (jun zi), in particular, that a noble person moves «up» and not «down». The issue of different approaches to the moral and emotional nature of irritability is discussed. It was revealed that moral irritability serves as a symptom and a prerequisite for the under-mining of moral and, accordingly, emotional stability as components of personal autonomy. As a result, it is shown that high morality has a positive effect on emotional stability.
