Modern mentoring and its precarious components

In the article, the author for the first time proposes to consider the development of mentoring activities from the point of view of studying the phenomenon of its precarity. Such a view can contribute to finding solutions to problematic situations that arise when implementing a mentoring system at enterprises, as well as have a positive impact when discussing and developing a concept for the development of mentoring in the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030.
