Annotation
The article considers the human-centred approach as a modern management model aimed at preventing and resolving conflicts in the system of state and municipal administration. Particular attention is paid to the theoretical essence of human-centredness, its difference from client-centredness and its role in the formation of sustainable interaction between the government and the population.
