Some problems of legal regulation of contractual relations between banks and their individual clients

the position of the strong side of banking organizations in contractual relations with individual clients often leads to various abuses by banks, which violates various rights of citizens. It appears that the revision of certain provisions of laws regulating banking activities, including contractual relations, as well as the use of artificial intelligence algorithms by individuals, may become an effective measure of protection for individual clients in contractual relations with banks.
