Corruption, as a negative phenomenon, requires the development of effective countermeasure models, depending on the state's implementation. Today, it is possible to note varying levels of success among countries in combating corruption, with positive experiences attracting particular attention due to their potential for successful application elsewhere. A comparative legal study of practical anti-corruption measures in various national legal systems can greatly facilitate the identification of promising areas for improving the domestic anti-corruption system.
