Annotation

The article substantiates the concept of a supportive environment for organizational change, the core of which is coaching practices — individual and team formats. The results of an empirical study of the socio-psychological factors of successful change in a sample of 400 employees of Russian organizations are presented. It was found that trust in the leader of change is a stable predictor of employees' positive personal attitude to change in all eight consistently constructed regression models.
