the article examines the relationship between English language proficiency and cybersecurity awareness among non-native English-speaking internet users. The study analyzes common internet safety scenarios-including phishing detection, privacy settings configuration, and security software usage to identify how English competence affects user protection. Recommendations for improving digital safety education for non-English speakers are presented.
