The proposed model aims to prevent bullying by organizing extracurricular activities and classes that foster a positive atmosphere among adolescents and develop communication skills, empathy, and tolerance. The model incorporates a comprehensive approach, including play-based activities, personal growth training, group discussions, sports events, and creative workshops. The main goals of the model are to increase adolescent awareness of the consequences of bullying, develop constructive conflict resolution skills, and strengthen emotional resilience and self-confidence.
