Annotation

This article examines the potential of narrative-based play in developing social skills in young children (1.5–3 years old). The author analyzes the psychological and pedagogical foundations of play activity and presents methodological recommendations for organizing play in preschool settings and in collaboration with families. Particular attention is paid to the role of the teacher as a facilitator of the child's social experience. Pedagogical observations are presented, confirming the effectiveness of the proposed approach
